Personally I cannot see the issue with giving somebody 167 times their margin.

So long as if a position goes badly wrong they pay the money back in the next 100 years :-))

After reading that PDF earlier I've decided it is a total write off unless they get fined say £5 mil, stay away from US and Gunn buys stock he does not own back or they return to the market.

I'd say 95% write off 5% miracle now

As far as I'm concerned this lot could well have cash the same as market cap and as Gunn owns more than half of them they could buy us out and let us move on.

I've emailed them for years, set up new email accounts and emailed them never had a response, I've called them and got nowhere.

How do these people walk around, if it was me I'd not sleep at night worried somebody I conned is coming for me.

The GIS websites have been updated recently with new content. And they've even been active on their twitter account (something they never did when OCT was listed). So I would suggest there's still hope for those still holding the stock (not me).

They didnt actually promise that, off the top of my head it was more that any matched bargain service wouldn't be before 31st March.

Absolutely nothing issued on that subject.Which means, if this company is a scam, then the zero value of my shares in my account is correct.If it's not a scam, and still operating profitably, then my shares are worth more than I paid for them.But how would we ever know, and that's EXACTLY how John Gunn wants it.

Shame. I've clawed back most of my losses in this nutty dot com boom style market so I'd just like some closure on what I have left. Even if it's just 1p a share, get my money and move on.

I'm holding them, forever, in my nominee account.Well, for, as long as it takes at least.Because, a share I held which was delisted about 6 years ago has just come back to life this very week!It was SBLM, then acquired by CGH... who delisted at 0.2pI basically lost £16kBut this week, an African company wants to buy CGH, and will buy my shares for 0.2pNope I say. If you really want them, you can pay more, later.

Or just write them off in your mind and hold, thereby being able to leave inside the nominee service, and see if the company comes good on its' commitment to pay dividends.

As always a scammer , Canadian Law look into it just need to transfer your shares in a Canadian account.
