07/2/2007 15:28 | Nice juicy Buy of 100K+ @ 208p. Not the sort of money to splash about without good reason! | spaceparallax

02/2/2007 16:45 | Cheers Slap, Will do. | spaceparallax
02/2/2007 16:12 | BUY THE TIMES TODAY Advert for Newhaven and the development looks great!!!!!!!!! It is in the Bricks and Mortar section... Hopefully trading update this coming week... Slapper | slapdash
01/2/2007 16:55 | should have trading update early February???? In 2005 it was 31st Jan and 2006 it was 1st Feb The key to unlocking value is probably Newhaven planning permission... well at least according to Seymour Pierce note... have a look on the website.. go to the investor relations section and then go to shareholder info... and then reports.. two with one from Numis and the other from Seymour Pierce... Anyway, operationally of course things can be delayed etc... but there should be such supporting headwinds in this stock that even if there are some issues/delays it should still do ok in my view.... As Mark Twain said.. own land as they aren't making it any more!!!!!! Slapper | slapdash
01/2/2007 12:28 | Just grabbed another few - such upside potential! | spaceparallax
26/1/2007 12:23 | NORTHACRE, [NTA]. | torabora
26/1/2007 12:04 | sorry who are NTA???? what is the ticker... etc etc... | slapdash
26/1/2007 11:50 | Slapdash, i like NTA, London prime going up at 30% a year, with a lower pe than here, in any event , good luck. From above, sales of 150m, due. Nta have 500m over the next 3 years. | torabora
26/1/2007 11:44 | well no matter how the shares perform in the short term I am fairly relaxed with this stock... all the time house prices go up and these guys are building in the booming south East.... will get the ripple effect from City Bonuses... Newhaven only about 1hr 15minutes from London and on coast... loads of City types would just snap up high spec flats with their bonuses... And the managers appear to be shrewd operators.. Slapper | slapdash
26/1/2007 10:16 | Agree with that Slap. Newhaven is the key and as you say, it's difficult to see planning not being granted when considering the significant facelift that the development offers. As you say, stellar results expected (particularly with the help of the tail-end business that missed last years figures window). I'd love to know what the FY 09 PER is - probably about 2 at present. | spaceparallax
25/1/2007 21:50 | yup surprisingly weak today.... I think the key is that Newhaven will get planning permission... this will be a massive uplift for teh group... worth a significant proportion of their current market cap (have a look at the note on their website - Numis).... why will this get permission??? Newhaven is a rundown place and they already gave permission to their other landbank there which is being devleoped.... so it should just be a matter of time... On top of that their other sites will sell well in the current environment.. all stacks up for a stellar year... roll on the trading statement and full year results... Slapper | slapdash
25/1/2007 16:33 | Taken the oppo to top-up today. The graph looks to me to be shaping up for a breakout - just look at the forward PER. | spaceparallax
24/1/2007 13:41 | Spaceparallax , thanks for that . | peddlers
23/1/2007 09:12 | Peddlers, It's the 1st time I can recall CT selling. I don't think he's been divorced before! | spaceparallax
22/1/2007 21:24 | Hello Folks this chart has caught my attention , i see the large sale of late due to divorce , anyone else about to get divorced you think ? | peddlers
19/1/2007 15:23 | We moved back to test support at £2 so after Carl Turpin sold a chunk to pay off his ex wife, hopefully we will go up from here. | this_is_me
19/1/2007 14:51 | up a fair bit today... was in Shares Magazine... writer is a holder (so biased) just says everything great about this company.. well he would say that owning the shares!!!!!!!!!!!! Slapper | slapdash
17/1/2007 11:41 | Slapper, Indeed NW has made mistakes, but overall I think it's fair to suggest that he's a pretty shrewd guy. What the heck, even I've made mistakes - CSH, RPT, DGP, SEO! I remain very positive about OKD, having followed them for a long time now. Furthermore, the recent acquisition was not the behaviour of a company with problems. Yes the TS will be very important and given the very underrated fundamentals and attributions narrowly denied last FY's figures, I'm confident about the future here. | spaceparallax
17/1/2007 11:08 | ur nigel Wray has made many many bad investments... lots have gone bust... it is just that his good ones outweight the bad ones.. i think he has a weakness for speculative stocks.... this doesn't seem so in my view and I think their focus in the south east insulates them to some extent from interest rate rises as the bonuses there should provide a good ripple throughout the home counties and for second home seekers... Anyway, this will stay weak given another rate rise may be on the way... key will be the trading update in early Feb Slapper | slapdash
12/1/2007 09:46 | ... and Nigel Wray didn't get where he is by betting more on bad investments. He's worth following, IMHO. mct | mctmct
12/1/2007 09:30 | Surprise, surprise NW's acquired a few of Carl's shares. | spaceparallax |
