Wouldn't worry on the share price front - very likely to bounce as those tip-followers, who previously missed the oppo to enter, take up the chance at a reasonable share price prior to a likely correction.

I was amazed when do my end of day checks - just short of 2M traded at £2. You could be right Slap or perhaps we're due an RNS or two announcing Director dealings.

Anyone understand today's trades???? Lots of delayed trades at exactly £2... I'm guessing this is the recent acquisition being issued with shares????

I appreciate your concern on the sector in general, but there does seem to be an emerging recognition of the undervaluation of the OKD share price

With house prices still rising the sector seems to be on the move. The smaller firms seem to have lagged the bigger builders. However see TEF which is moving up. I expect CTF should also start to move as results approach, especially as attractive dividend and tightly held share.

Good start to the day - this share has had a tendency, once active, to really shoot up. 220p by close is not out of the question and even then, we'd only be on PER 6 for FY to Dec 07.

Looking very active just recently, the recent tips should help a great deal. One thing that I've borne in mind for a while was the fact that the previous results disappointed slightly because of the decision not to sell a key chunk of the land bank for £2M, preferring instead to retain it to enhance future prospects. It's likely that we'll see some of the benefits of that decision in the next results.

I've just topped up with another 1500 shares.

Afraid not, I read it in a hard copy of the paper. From memory, it didn't say much except that it had been overlooked and was trading at a discount compared to the rest of the sector, which was bombed out anyway. So the tipster was expecting the whole sector to improve in 2007, but OKD would have further to rise due to the discount.

They were 1 of the new year tips for 2007 in the mail last weekend, it mentioned that they were trading at a discount.

Yes looks really good.Also nice to see share issue at 5% premium to todays prices.Shows that they have got confidence in their YTD & that the underlying share price will be that level very soon.
