Well Sprout, I did tell you when you bought into this, at around 60p as I recall, and you were the characteristic all time bull and everyone who disagreed was an ill informed de ramper, that there were dangers. Well well......
The guys on TMF board realy are going into overdrive:

1, VW Dan has spoken to JL the new CEO and now feels confident/reassured

THE SAME WAY HE DID WHEN HE MET THE PAST CEO WITH ROGER!!

2, RUMPOLD of SLGC fame has sent out his.their thoughts after meeting with the new CEO JL and guess what?? He feels confident/reassured.

Those on TMF at least have cottoned on to the fact they could sell at a far higher price than the sub 3p mark and buy back to at least mitigate some losses but that window is closing rapidly as each day goes by.

Instead of talking about fluff, nonsence, jam tomorrow and pie in the sky, why do they not talk about the following?

1, Why did the revenue income not rise has predicted by oh so many BULLS and eluded to oh so many times by directors?

2, What part of the old business and those revenues still in tact can/will be brought across to the new business model?

3, Overheads are certain to go UP not down and they couldn't cover those they had for years, what hope now?

4, What are the overheads to be over the next F/Y starting from scratch as they appear to be?

5, Why was it that tech that was RAMPED UP to being WORLD LEADING was hardly taken up by customers???

6, What guarentees does anyone have that the new Audium tech is not once again all hype?

7,Why did the VCO's not give JL and Audium the cash they needed if it was such a no brainer but instead helped them fail as a business, after all it is a no brainer tech is it not???

8, Are shareholders aware that over 170 MILLION new shares will now be available to offload from 20 October into the market, just what effect will this have on the share price over many weeks, months years?

REVENUES, OVERHEADS, CONTRACTS and ROYALTY RATES are a bare minimum set of accurate information required before parting with a penny more of your cash IMHO.

I would also like firm honest details on the contracts signed with both 3M and NISSHA as I feel as I have always done, that these deals were front loaded with cash at the start to bail out nXT and keep the directors in clover, whislt making the shareholders feel that they were to earn lots from royaty rates going forward.......

I hope and trust JL will be a far more open and more accurate with guidance and I have no reason to doubt that he isn't or will not be but shareholders in NXT need far more open honest answers to questions that have have been given to them over oh so many years to date.

THEY DESERVE THAT MUCH!!!

Dev - there are 2 lots of allocation - the 0.525 new for 1 old and EXCESS allocation which is a huge nuymber of shares.........

Given you can buy at 3p are you not always better off taking up your full allocation? If you don't want more shares then why not sell some of the ones you have at 3.5p, rebuy them at 3p in the offer and pocket the difference.

With 205,875 after buying the latest offer, my average is now down to 29p. I thought that was bad enough.

Looks well overvalued still in my mind......

They have a lot to prove in my book and a huge gap in overheads to cover from an untried brand new tech and concept ie Audium/BMR.

Not saying it can't be a winner in sales terms but it has a long way to prove it and boy are they past experts at letting shareholders down!!

dafrog, there doesn't seem too much fuss being made about the Auduium chip, so is this a ruse to lose as many of the small holders as possible? As this is now a play on the new chip you would think there would be something on the website extolling the virtues and production progress of said chip. Keep the little guys in the dark, those privy to the real information can't buy in the market, share price slips and slips, capitulation of small holders. Looks like if you want to stay in the game hoping for some good news after the placing, then it's got to be a case of chucking more good money into a dark place.

Sometimes , you just have to shake your head and walk away.I'm not putting any more good money in.Maybe it will survive , but somehow doubt I will ever see anything approaching my original investment.

It is very interesting that an arbitrage situation has allowed shareholders with sense that is to sell at much higher prices to buy back at a price of just under 3p......YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE AN IDIOT WOULD YOU NOT TO DO IT????

Question is are you maore of an idiot for buying them back at all?!!!

170 MILLION NEW shares in October will give the market indegestion for a long time to come and no amount of soundbags or 10c a time Hallmark cards will help that proces.

Oh no the share price continues to fall, but how can this be?

RUMPOLD and the bulls chearleaders on TMF are trying hard to rally the troops.Talk of the CEO being on the end of the phone to give people comfort and a boost .(what else would he say FFS!!)

One thing RUMPOLD and his gang will NOT discuss is OVERHEADS between now and next year and of course why the Directors put such a small value on NXT's IP if it was such a world beating set of tech....

Can I also remind peeps that NXT now OWN the Audium IP as well as the NISSHA touch tech and yet the Directors say it has little value, hhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmm.

When the 170 Million new shares hit the market come October .....OUCH!!!

There will be some 300m shares in issue and even a price of 10p would make them valued over £30m on current turnover of less then £2m and the same in losses.

Mine are in ISA so can't offset against gains elewhere. Will buy some to bring my average down. The BMR looks good and will have to just hope that they can produce something of their own with haptics.

Much of the money is already gone though and nearly a million just for the underwriters/brokers.

Can't see anything in the Statement that would make you want to buy them.

Their track record is second to none for waste.
