13/9/2010 09:12 | Lisa279, you twist my words, i never claimed in my post to be "in profit" if you would like to read it again i said "most of my shares were obtained around the the 10p mark" In order to know whether i was in profit you would have to know at what price the remainder were purchased wouldn't you ? which of course you don't. Judging from some of your earlier posts you seem to have a rather negative view on this company to say the least. I dont know whether you own shares or not but thanks for the wishes of good luck anyway. One way or another I feel that its all going to work out rather well so in response to your question yes i do feel comfortable. If a little bit more cash has to be raised in the form of a rights issue i will participate in depending on the offer the Rat | desertrat
12/9/2010 19:51 | Dear Mr Rat, I am glad you feel confortable! NXT have stated mass production not expected until 2011!! Until then they have, in their own words, a cash "shortfall" to contend with these past few months which it looks like continueing until the above (ie 2011). Overheads due to Audium etc I would expect have increased, along with the size of the board!! I believe a large dillution is in the offing, the final one maybe, but non the less a cash raising/call of some description. You will not be alone in claiming to be "in profit" with your largest holdings but if one looks through the thousands of posts on TMF and here and iii, one can see with each spike up, someone claims to have "just got in in time" or "glad I topped up my ISA" etc. One then watches the share price fall fall and fall again! Good luck Mr Rat. AIMHO/DYOR/NAI Lisa:) PS NXT accuracy on "guidance" by the way is on record spread over 10 years.....still feel "comfortable"?? | lisa279
12/9/2010 05:20 | Lisa279 i am not sure what your point is to thescoop if for example i have an agreement with you to supply goods or services and this is expressed in a formal written agreement this does not necessarily imply that we have a " legal partnership". In fact quite the opposite as many of these supply agreements have specific caveats that no legal partnership is to be implied. A partnership in law is a different animal with alternative rights and obligations arising. My interpretation from the Immersion article is that this is very good news indeed as we seem to be on the cusp of a number of mass produced items. Granted we have been here before but i am sitting on my largest NXT holding ever now most obtained around the 10p mark and am feeling rather comfortable about the whole thing. Best of luck to you whether you hold or not the Rat | desertrat
11/9/2010 18:16 | thescoop, Bottom of page on immersion link: "The use of the word "partner" or "partnership" does not imply a legal partnership between Immersion and any other company." Lisa:):) | lisa279
11/9/2010 16:54 | Posted by NTX on The Fool: NXT listed as a partner for Immersion's Touchsense! Surely this can only be fantastic news?! | thescoop
09/9/2010 15:01 | "very small volume sales to start with with a very small royalty rate as usual" I think you will find this is not on "old" model of royalties. See press releases from James Lewis about new models. | donalc
09/9/2010 14:24 | qsb, very small volume sales to start with with a very small royalty rate as usual!!!. NXT and other already made clear mass production NEXT year......they have to pay this years bills first and to date I can't see were they have covered anywere near their overheads...... As usual the cart firmly put before the horse by sheep like bulls!! Lisa:) | lisa279
09/9/2010 13:10 | Ooops ... price going north Lisa .... that must hurt! QSB is just the start - I'd jump in now if I were you .... | sb
09/9/2010 12:47 | Yep lets look forward to.......the next fund raising!! Lisa:) | lisa279
09/9/2010 11:12 | lol....fair comment! But, let's look forward shall we? | warmsun
09/9/2010 10:48 | Don't know that the price is pathetic - the market cap isn't bad for a company that's never made a penny of profit in almost 20 years of business. You couldn't make it up! | runbrian
09/9/2010 09:26 | Pathetic share price as it is (and has been), the chart is starting to look a little better :-) | warmsun
