IN MY MIND..

NXT must move to aim.

They should do a share consolidation x 6 to bring the share price tp 54p (to fool the idiots on TMF board into thinking that the share price has at last gone up!!!)

Last but not least they need to raise £5m pounds .

Why 5M?

Simply because at the moment they have no cash.....they have at least a need of £2m mimimum to develope Audium and the rest will be gobbled up in Directors pay and perks!!

9P looks way overvalued in my eyes.

I, and no doubt the great majority of NXT share holders put their hard earned cash into this company because they saw great potential in the technology.
Ten years on since I made my 1st investment and the equivelent in time to the start and finish of world-war-2 twice over, and there is still no sign that NXT are even close to showing a profit.
In my view, the technology with the support of long suffering shareholders have kept the company alive despite the grave ineptitude of senior management. Once again we are having to put our faith in a new CEO previously brought in as a Non-Excecutive Director,we are told that James Lewis has a great background, good contacts and in his short tenure has demonstated a great enthusiasm for the company. In the meantime, Peter Thoms gets kicked upstairs as Vice Chairman, yet another mouth to feed. You just could not make this lot up if you tried.

Every bit helps although the share price could be a tad higher,about 90p to break even.

NXT ARE OUT OF CASH BAR THE CHARITY BOX IMHO AND WHO WILL LEND TO THEM NOW AFTER WASTING £130 MILLION PLUS TO DATE>>>>????

DOWN AND OUT AND THE DREADED "S" WORD COULD BE SEEN ANY DAY WITH NO WAY BACK IMHO!

Happy Clappy days on TMF board again......


Each and every time they get a new boss they say "he's the best thing since sliced bread" and after spending £30Million he moves on and the next one moves in and spends £30m but he too is the best and on it goes....

Now Lewis is the new mesia and after £130 Million spent NXT have LITTLE/NO CASH LEFT so were is he going to get it from ????????

THE CLOWNS ON TMF WILL STUMP UP £50 Quid between them after reading their happy clappy readers digest latest SLGC release!!!

If you look at the left hand side of your keyboard the third key up should have 'Caps Lock' written on it. If you push it once you should be able to type in normal sized letters rather than capitals.

Shareholders bailing at any price now

80k at 8.75p.....ouch probably one of TMF crowd that crowed how clever he was topping up at the recent rights issue at 13p just like GARTMORE the proffesionals !!!!!!!!RATFOPML!!

DOES NXT REALISE IT IS SUPPOSED TO TELL THE MARKET WHEN HOLDINGS CHANGE BY 1%!!

LOOK AT THE share price THEN ADD IN DILUTION ON TO TODAYS share price FFS!!!

Just in case there are any SLG members here I thought it might be helpful to draw your attention to the post below which was made on another Board

An email has been sent tonight to all SLG members providing a brief appraisal of what SLGC has been up to recently and also to give our initial impressions of James Lewis as NXT's new CEO.

IS THIS WHAT TO EXPECT THIS TIME FROM THE SLG??

Oh we met Mr Lewis and we raised a right rucous we said to a man (ahum)that we can't be doing with all this rubbish anymore.We were proper angry at all these losses and not 1p return in over a decade on the £130 MILLION we have given NXT

Well with that he got up and spoke and who it sent goosebumps upa down our spines. Must admit we were like puppys in his hands and when all said and done you have got to give a chance havn't you after all it hasn't been his fault.

We left after 10 mins and lent him the £5m he asked for without question.He did promise to try and pay us back but like we said "Its money we can afford to lose, don't worry about it.

I shall never forget his smile as we left the room and it brought a tear to my eye.......now must tell all those SLG members just what a great block he is, sound as a pound very business savy and totaly trustworthy...Infact word for word the way we described THOMS!!!!!!

EXPECTED RELEASES NOT MATERIALISED.....

THOMS GETS SHUNTED SIDEWAYS......BUT KEEPS A GOOD WAGE PACKET AND PERKS (ya gotta laugh!!)

The Citys mantra remains "Pay the best to get the best" to justify salary and perks well what the hell happened with this decade of showers??????
