I still fail to see your thinking. Alan has supported NUOG through out a very soft period for oil and gas exploration, without him this would of de listed . Two loans remain the shard loan and RMRI debt . Probably in the region of 3 m which imvho could be in jeopardy. Then you have the issue of working capital. If Alan called the debt and shard this would be in a very poor state indeed. Alan underpinned share price last year at 1.15 protecting his lth from severe dilution. If the company is on the cusp you have denied him his life s work . Shame on you all . This is about to get extremely interesting.

china, the % split has not changed, I just thought it somewhat strange they have just re-confirmed the position as it hasn't changed since it was last reported back in June 2016 and IF there is/was an annual requirement to report this stuff then why wasn't one submitted last year or the year before.



it was submitted in 2014 when it was ABT Oil & Gas where Alan & Damian held 1 share each and again in 2015 when RMRI and ENEGI held 500 shares each and then again in 2016 after it had changed name from ABT to MFDevCo with RMRI and now NUOG holding 500 shares each


so nothing sinister in my original post, just thought it peculiar
