02/4/2019 12:52 | strange timings don't you think for a re-confirmation when nothing has changed since 2016 one can only assume there must be a lot of really nervous shareholders out there at the minute that have been asking the company what the hell is going on in the NUOG / MFDevCo / RMRI special relationship and/or what would happen if it all went pear shaped but stranger still might be the absence of the most important and transformational golden goose document of then all - the accounts 🎈🎈 jeeprs if it doesn't follow toute suite and today there might be reason for some folks to be a little worried # Analytical SID 🤡 | the patriotic irishman

02/4/2019 12:12 | Good points TPI. Plenty of Oil and Gas companies out there with actual assets that can be developed, and with executive Directors that are not hell bent on destroying shareholder value, that people could invest in. My goodness some of those companies even have Directors that actually have shares, unlike this lot. Interesting that even the company are now saying that this is a long play, not a short one, and given all the transformational garbage in the past and missed deadlines, if they are saying that then shareholders really are in trouble. 🐀 | oilwise

02/4/2019 11:50 | tuckman I don't really get why you or any else for that matter would wait to subscribe for shares @ .3p in the shareholders open offer when you can already buy in the 2's unless of course you think or hope the shareholders offer price will be less than the one just given to the brokers ? I believe there is a trade to be had down round about these levels, but its only a quick trade (with absolute downside of course @ 0p and upside maybe back to around pre-placement levels) but for anyone with an average nearing the penny or more than that and trying to average down it is (IMO) just madness without full knowledge of any MFDevCo deal and its actual worth (whether in % or monetary terms) to NUOG. its a more than 300% rise just to get back to the one penny level and how many AIM stocks do you see doing over 300% these days in the market place even on stonking transformational news the 'traders' will be selling on the rise and therefore those 2 or 3 or more bag rises in an hour or a day of old are immediately curtailed and the rise eventually peters out only to drift once again waiting for some more upbeat traders news. each to their own of course but if I was holding millions of these at anything near double or treble the current share price I certainly (with this showers history) wouldn't be doubling or tripling myself down just in the hope of maybe getting some magic curve ball to get myself out earlier, I'd be idly sitting on the sell button just waiting for the elusive one day soon news to automatically do it for me besides there are plenty other stocks and shares around one could go invest the same amount of money in which IMO carries much less risk for a similar based % potential reward. and no I'm not going to ramp them anyway those are just my thoughts and as china knows I'm all for having constructive reasoned and balanced debate without a page full of emoticons 😉 if only we could get rid of that spamming crypto maniac huh TPI | the patriotic irishman
02/4/2019 11:50 | And if your listening to Racey or Kev for crypto advice. Don't! And if you're listening to me and just keeping quiet. At least be honest with other holders mate! | oldsnrtom
02/4/2019 11:49 | Stop acting like Nuog is your only cards. I guarantee you have over £100k on Aim other stocks and huge input already in Crypto. So let's not start feeling too sorry for you just yet! Start telling the truth! BT | oldsnrtom

02/4/2019 11:22 | what a load of self righteous pompous pish BTW china that was directed at LT not you | the patriotic irishman
02/4/2019 11:18 | Interesting read from LT. I know he wont read this as I am one of the many he says he has filtered but notwithstanding: He sees perhaps a glimmer of hope in the small placing, whereas I am concerned that it may be just enough to hold things until the lights are turned off. It is also quite possible that the share price at some stage will expose/encourage a purchase of Nuog; who knows even by MFDEVCo, in which the former has a 50% shareholding. I speculate in these regards of course, if only to encourage reasoned debate. The fact that some hold, or continue to hold , should not encourage others to. Each needs to come to his/or her own conclusions. That said surely for most of us LTHs the large hits are already in the share price | chinadog3
02/4/2019 11:17 | Simple facts are as an investor, the communications of this company are non existent to share holders and it is purely disgusting on all levels. All I can say is that I will remain invested as I have no need to sell but will just remain as an investor so I can go to the next AGM and `vent`. They will have 500k in the bank from the 2 raises so the question is `can they complete a deal in the next 8 months`? I have my shareholding but now is certainly the time to switch off and forget about these until the next `RNS` . I personally now think a deal is potentially at least 3-5 months away hence the `small` raise, but the big question will always be `can they get a deal over the line`? Sadly history does not put this company in a good light and nothing from the last AGM has obviously been taken in. All I can say is I shall not waste anymore time `looking in` on this but just wait and see if they can do it! Chalk up another failure if nothing this year, maybe big reward if they can deliver this first deal. Sadly though I bet even if these 2 prospects dont work then I bet they will not inform us like they have with all the rest of the so called imminent stuff!!!! See you on the next RNS, I will be taking up on the open offer when it comes, for me potential reward at this price outweighs the risk or even full loss from this level! | tuckman
02/4/2019 10:27 | Lth’s forced to average down will find themselves holding more dung ✌️ | nudog69
02/4/2019 10:26 | LT holding probably worth .1 as we speak about 40k , that's all he would be offered for 74 m . Terrible | thecashmoney |
