There is a case.

However there is also a case for cutting salarys cutting ties with Mfdevco and Rmri the lead weight around Nuogs feet!

I think there is a case here. The board have definitely not acted in the best interest of current shareholders and share value.

The management inmvho have let shareholders down here on three counts, all point to a general disregard to share value.

Refusal of cash at higher levels, points to a lack of understanding of the current market and allowing the price to drop to significantly lower levels shows a total lack of judgement.

Discounted placing , when there is better options for maintaining share holder value. If they had done a share holder subscription only offer . For the full 500 k , I think it would of filled. Obvious derisking of exposure to nuog by lth, lead to the decline seen from .94. The offer of discount to shareholders would of been a honest approach and protected share holders value.

Timing of placing to letter of intent.
Was a clear signal of entrapment. Showing no regard to current and future shareholders.

They just missed out on a buyout.

Seems like a perfect time to get involved.

And hey let's face it Nuog will never afford Newfoundland on it's own to drill.

Maybe iog could help there?

Not really interested in Mfdevco since Enegi Alan failed 5 yrs at GTW.

Grossly overpaid salaries are drowning Nuog!

So first port of call is to stop this.

That's what companies do when they face not paying Bill's guys.

Why is Nuog any different?

If anything the Bod should be cut to £30,000 each and that's still grossly overpaying them.

But you will keep staff and save your Company.

And make sure money goes to deals!

And attract investors finally.

Stop the wages to people who dont do anything.
