Im selling all my holdings next week. 75% down better than 100 % down.. harsh lesson learnt. Not to believe a word AIM directors say

The problem with corrupt penny stock companies is.

These guys aren't built to run any company.

So you will find the other interests like the pubs or clubs or garages or shops they run will be in debt too!

But he urges you to go hunt.

And see what he sees daily!

Alan Minty and Damien won't like this post!!

Today BT got advice for you all.

The guy told me investors in penny stocks think they can't take on a huge company themselves.


What they dont understand is

These companies most don't have a company building

Most don't have an office.

Most dont attend offices which are fake either!!

Most Directors are old and in houses all day.

Your not fighting a huge company

Your simply up against a few guys in simple houses with fake staff on the books and no headquarters!

Alot of the time they will have no money to counteract you and they will be onto another project or have other business interests ongoing you dont know about.

Like small Hotels (Nigel)

Like an Mot station garage

A shop where the wife sells stuff.


So do not be fooled


He urges you to go forward and although these guys will claim in court they are broke and have no cash or assets they do have something. The court will see the other business interests gained from the corrupt fund raising over the years.

Houses cars offshore accounts and wee businesses they run quietly.

You can take that and also the tax man will go to extreme lengths to check back also!

Look at Sound Energy.

POSSIBLE 30tcf find in one well alone!

Truth is if Malcy hadn't pumped Sound and James Parsons hadnt shouted 30tcf possible. Buyout by xmas 2 to 3 yrs ago now Sound would have been unable to raise the tens of millions it has!

If CEOs were honest in Aim.

They wouldn't get any funding!

No wages like James Parsons £1.5 million a year.

Was James pushing for a buyout 2 to 3 years ago?

Or thinking

3 yrs from now = £4.5 million wages.

He even decided to trade his own holdings on the way down? And said so. I felt like trading?

Scary thing with Lastthrow is it is his last throw.

It must be bad if he got to this as his last throw company?

Probably lost millions over the years and now £100,000 is nothing in comparison.

Regarding my comment about most do pump.

The problem you have is every investor on Aim thinks next pump I'm out!!

However delisted stocks when they delist or suspend always suspend and then you realise the last pump was the one you missed earlier!

So just waiting for a pump is wrong.


However if and that's a big if this gets good news

Will
1 anyone believe it?
2 anyone risk buying incase a placing follows?
3 will everyone just sell into a small rise?

So you see it could well be completely stupid to hold.

There's always a chance of a 100% boom rns I guess.

But put it this way 100% rise.

Enegi floated at £1.81pence a share!!

181 pennies a share.

Now 0.3p a share.

That alone should be enough for any law firm and tax fraud client to Express an interest here!!
