I needed 6 buys to get the amount that I wanted a while ago. Risky but very undervalued. Once the debt is paid off we should see dividends.

The prices shown are correct for the quantities on the bid/ask. You could still buy 2500/3000 shrs at (now)16.5p, right up to the close...and possibly also tomorrow.

But if you want a lot.....like Radmat did, the share price that needed to be paid was the 17.866p for that 58k shrs deal. Here's all the details.

Re above, it's easy to see Radmat look to have paid an av of 17.5035p for those 78661 shrs.....viz....

58k @ 17.7857p
5445 @ 18p
15216 @ 16.25p

We mere mortals can still buy today at 16.25p, or less and wait for the real action at Northern Bear.

Price showing is not correct. They are paying 18p to buy.

I spotted the RNS this morning and bought in, and added, on the basis that it is currently under-valued (valuation of 23.20p). I'm hoping my timing is also good. ;-)

What if any is the involvement here with Radmat Building Products Ltd? .....

Having watched the share price slide for a number of years I made a few purchases last autumn and some more today.

The company has remained consistently profitable throughout the downturn in construction and I expect the share price to rise as the debt comes down.

Yes Radmat have been adding, update on Friday shows they have added another 126000 since November, they now own over 7%.Suspect they are merely an investor that knows NTBR are undervalued from operating in a similar sector.

Good set of interims and looks like 5/6p per share earnings for full year. Also like the debt repayment. Surely the markets will now eventually re-rate us. GLA

Yep, acquired 40k shares over the last couple of days. Perfect timing imo what with stakebuilding and results due anytime.
