Feb. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Morse Energy Capital Partners ("Morse Energy", or "the Firm"), a Denver-based private equity firm focused on the oil and gas sector, announced that the Firm raised over $100 million in committed capital and deployed over $50 million of investment capital across five new E&P investments in 2018. The deals represent the successful deployment of capital into assets which through a comprehensive diligence process were identified as deeply discounted by markets and offered substantial upside via strong cash on cash returns from current cash flow as well as significant capital appreciation potential.

Nothing wrong there then!!!!!!!! Deeply discounted says it all.....

It remains a puzzle as to why it is still listed and who is paying the associated costs - be as well to hang on to the shares in the 0.0001% chance that someone has some sort of plan.

OUR EX WELLS ARE STILL PRODUCING 16 wells. Looks like the operator has sealed in the others!!

The operator is D90 Energy LLC no 10706.

Many thanks for that - I had missed the comments that you referred to - it does explain the position which appears absurd but if it is still active who knows - wonder who controls it then as there must be fees and costs associated with a listing.

An extract from an email from my broker this morning!!!!

A proposal to dissolve Nighthawk Energy Plc was issued in September 2018 but an objection was raised to this and the proposal cancelled. As such the Company is still active and you retain your Shares, albeit there is no way to trade the Shares at present.

Is anyone else trapped within a situation where a spread bet on Hawk cannot be closed and they (IG Index) just keep rolling it over quarter after quarter because they say that it is still listed?
