August well data is on Cogcc Nighthawk wells produced and increased production for the new owners!!!

Jun was 24,598 = 820 BOPD
No data for July.
Aug was 25,716 = 830 BOPD.

Our Salen well is now being operated by grand mesa and is producing 19BOPD for them.
Of the "old N E" 16 wells producing
7 increased production to Jun data.

Just reinforces how we have all been tucked up!!!

There is no other change in the treatments of claim.

Joint Liquidation Plan and Disclosure Statement Filed by Nighthawk Royalties LLCAug 28 18Nighthawk Royalties LLC filed a joint plan of liquidation with related disclosure statement in the US Bankruptcy Court on August 28, 2018. As per the plan filed, administrative claims of $0.10 million, U.S. Trustee fee claims, professional fee claims of $0.50 million and priority tax claims shall be paid in full in cash. Senior secured claims of $6.25 million shall be settled in full with available cash. Unsecured claims against Nighthawk Energy of $42.67 million shall receive a pro rata share of cash from the liquidating trust. Unsecured claims against Nighthawk Royalties, Nighthawk Production and OilQuest shall receive a pro rata share of cash from the liquidating trust. All the intercompany claims between the debtors and all the equity interests in the debtors shall be cancelled and shall not receive any distribution under the plan. The plan shall be funded from debtor's cash in hand and liquidation of assets.

Motion for Asset Sale Approved for Nighthawk Royalties LLCJun 28 18The US Bankruptcy Court gave an order approving the sale of substantially all the assets of Nighthawk Royalties LLC on June 28, 2018. The debtor has been authorized to sell substantially all its assets to Polaris Production Partners LLC, the stalking horse bidder for a purchase price of $18 million in cash. The debtor did not receive any other competing bids for the purchase of its assets and therefore Polaris Production Partners LLC emerged as the winning bidder.

Very little effort to arrange a loan against income ie:$20mil only to cancel debt
with even a rights issue (not tried) can only be the Directors a long way away
in the great U S of A who probably had other inducements to wind up and holiday

Been done proper without any possible avenue to change, shareholders own the company
yes tell that to the investors who held the shares...............

Oil above $80.Still think it was a pre-agreed deal between the fund and company directors. Someone made a very good money here. Court agreed to the sale, clean hands, handshakes and viva forever. Shareholders foooked as always are with aim stocks.
