I read the letters from U.S. and they said that ordinary shares automatically were voted against the resolution,which suits us.
How many votes they count is a mystery,ie.number of shares or number of holders?
Nominee accounts.

As on the last day of September there were $1,796,346.58 NET on Nighthawk's account. I believe this sum has accumulatted from the production. As the funds are still being generated from active wells, question is who owns the money, new owner or the Court?

Fwiw.

I have been in touch with HL.
They have looked at the link that was posted here previously.
Once chapter 11 is sorted NH then have to go through chapter 7.
Then if anything is left shareholders get a look in!!! But I doubt we will.

Would say he played crucial part in the last weeks before sale. If there was no value and he known he will lose all invested money, why did he cancel EGM that carried some hope for him?Maybe he made some sort of deal with them too?

Gazza, yes JC did have an opportunity, but pulled out.

In his communication with me JC suggested that there was no longer any value left!!!

Imo he has lost millions.
