One good point is that the RNS was not about non compliance!!! Of production for October.

Besides:OIL still going up.Permits re/applied forWF working - slowly& the WAIVER OF Rule 9..."in order to assess all potential restructuring options available to the Company."Not much is happening.Important day tomorrow, not sure we'll get to know anything for a few days though...

Salen comes off confidential on the 4th November.

Could be interesting to see if production has been improved, but will the increase if any be maintained.

Also wonder what is behind the reconstruction at J Craig 4-2...still awaiting permit approval.

The next few days could be telling, a lot hinged on the outcome of Rick's negotiation skills, not that he has much to offer.
We may even get a non compliance RNS again....I hope not, surely WF may have nudged up slightly

Marmar,yes they lease the land from various owners, hence the blockage of the original WF by the Knutson family (in this case the land owners) - who refused permission.

Will be a shame if small PI's lose all now - just as oil is recovering.
Perhaps that was always the plan though !

I would like to see some stabilisation here now. The price of oil is really moving north and will offset the declining rate, but Hawk will benefit only if they keep the number of barrels at this level or higher. The declining must stop.But first the bank and loan maturity to be changed to minimum end of next year.

Ytd Production Sept = 236,864÷9×12 = Yr's production - decline ~ 315,818$1 change poo = + $300,000 annual income$3.3 change poo = $1M extra annual income.$70 poo = $5M + annually. & We'd be Laffing..

Oil over 60, if it got to 70 odd the cash would be flooding in again even at declining rates of production.Only hope really is to be making money on what they have.
