27/10/2017 14:36 | It does not have the scale of play that'll attract serious interest I'm afraid. Cash | cashandcard
27/10/2017 14:31 | What about their huge accreage? | marmar80
27/10/2017 13:08 | marmar80, For survival, it is unlikely they will have much of a chance with current assets - they just don't have the scale. Its not just a new loan, they need new assets that can get them out of this hole. AC can be run to keep up payments to creditors and keep office lights on, but they need new assets to start a new chapter to this story, its the only way new money will be attracted to this company. Cash | cashandcard
27/10/2017 12:08 | Personally i don't think administration is going to happen as they are making some money each month. The problem is in the scale of the loan and time. New source of funds is needed with extended maturity date. | marmar80
27/10/2017 12:03 | It's Administration if they can't repay the bank. All you have to decide is whether to sell now and at least get something, or risk getting nothing. | mallorca 9
27/10/2017 11:45 | Confident only really, that absolutely 'anything could happen'.Key thing for me, is that they keep production going, show 'who ever it may concern' that they have potential, be that in reserves, shale, WF, WF expansion - they just need investment and $ support. Otherwise everyone involved, will have paid in & ...gets to walk away with virtually nothing. | rockin robin
27/10/2017 11:06 | Confident in what? Dilution to screw shareholders or in a miracle to be announced? | marmar80
27/10/2017 11:00 | I'm confident (I know it's an unpopular thought) they'd be other Banks interested Mall. | rockin robin
27/10/2017 10:59 | I know it's a wishful thinking, but sometimes even fart makes us happier | marmar80
27/10/2017 10:54 | Marmar, sorry to say ... you're talking through your backside. | mallorca 9
27/10/2017 10:53 | Could Rick and Chuck invest ?? I have been a little surprised that Rick hasn't resigned. | mallorca 9
27/10/2017 10:53 | Again, the best solution is a bond, say 10yrs bond. Sp rockets and all parties are happy. The only problem who will buy the bonds? Maybe some hedge fund IF the rate is set near 10%? | marmar80
27/10/2017 10:52 | Don't think many banks will lend $21m here RR. There's also no institutional investment interest at all. No .. this will come down to Claesson .. he could well be advised to declare bankruptcy and minimise his losses, then pick the assets up in a new Co. | mallorca 9
27/10/2017 10:46 | I would think The Plan will be deployed, by 31st Oct, the CBA will take it's time to assess whether it's acceptable or not, and we (SH's) will be the last to know. There's more than one Bank on the Planet too..we'll take our Debt elsewhere...get us. | rockin robin
27/10/2017 10:42 | If the owner still has faith in the Company - it's assets, then he may pay off the $21m with a share restructuring (huge dilution). Problem is that his holding is not allowed to go over 50% of the available share capital otherwise this constitutes a takeover and effectively means the de listing of the company - privatisation. A way around this may be that the proposals are made public to all and then voted upon at an EGM. In this scenario a yes vote will be your only option if the business is to continue. | mallorca 9
27/10/2017 10:22 | Thanks. Well, what to expect guys? | marmar80
27/10/2017 10:13 | Marmar80... So they/we have until Tuesday for new, news!!! | philmac56
27/10/2017 10:11 | Marmar80.. RNs 3rd July.... Extract... RBL Loan Amendments On 30 June 2017, the Company completed negotiations with its banking partner, Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA"), that have resulted in a series of modifications to the RBL facility, and on the same day executed the eighth amendment to the existing bank agreement ("Amended Agreement"). A summary of the key terms and conditions of the amended Agreement are as follows: · $23 Million principal amount; · Matures on 31 December 2017, with Nighthawk to provide CBA with a refinancing plan on or before 31 October 2017; · The Company to remit cash payment of up to $1.75 million to CBA prior to 7 July 2017, to be used as principal reduction; | philmac56
27/10/2017 09:58 | Mallorca, where did you read about 31st October? | marmar80
27/10/2017 09:20 | MM's trying to fool folk by not drawing attention to the 65% increase in the purchase price since yesterday.Up for three secs, while they complete a transaction at .0033 this morning (could buy at .002 yesterday).. then down...noth3ing to see here. They thought (rightly) they could crucify the holders over the last 6 months of uncertainty. I'd love to know their nett position of stock. Purchases haven't moved this stock properly for months. Be a shame if they were caught in a period of high demand, with no actual stock to sell eh? | rockin robin
27/10/2017 08:24 | Really rich... It could be because of the Monarch well, 16%? | philmac56
27/10/2017 08:10 | I have a question about the latest rns production figures. January 2016 and 2017 Gross shows almost the same monthly amount and yet the net for 2016 and 2017 is a big difference. Did we change % that we earn? The daily version seems to be right.
