So they own 50% of Monarch after spending $millions . Now they will give most of that away for $160k !
This farmin does not provide any revenue now, nor does it guarantee any in the future.

So Hawk are selling out (almost giving away) their only real asset , the expensively acquired Monarch area (of which they own 50% with Cascade).
I can understand the euphoria here that they have not been put into Administration yet, but why is this news positive ??

Positive news would have been a joint drilling campaign in Monarch between Hawk and Cascade.
By the way ... why are Cascade not buying out Hawk's interest in Monarch ?

Quite a good deal for the farmee to be fair. The worst that can happen to them is they get a slice of the Monarch well for 160k to compensate for lost initial drill costs.

But this sort of corporate action is important, the board could no longer sit on their hands hoping something good would happen.

I have topped up again based on the first bit of positive news in a year! I think more to come as the bank would not have agreed to farmout unless the future was stable. I'm now sitting on huge losses and millions of shares.
