All that may well be true.
But seriously i don't think i can stomach another three years of rebranding and another 3 years of excuses and another 3 years of jam tomorrow.

Useless management that wasted shareholders cash by the bucket full.
Now the takeover by desmond is well and truly dead i sold out on the recent spike.
What a waste of 4 years.

Technically looking good for a retest and breakout - about time, been in these for years!

This new guy that's come in, "Mr Leonoff joins the board of NEOVIA as a result of NEOVIA's acquisition of the business of Optimal Payments" - he was the COO of PRTY. What a mess he made of that one! Not good sign for NEO I would have thought.

There used to be so much chatter on this board. The company do a deal that looks great (I can't believe that Dermot Desmond and Co would do a poor deal, given they stopped the previous management embarking on foolishness) and there's hardly any comment.

There are huge synergies to be had and there plenty of growth, if Optimal have a good foothold in the ecommerce market.

I think there will be a good break out. My guess is quite few institutions who want to buy stock will be restricted and will have to wait until after the placing. Sometimes it pays to be a private punter.

Interesting; looks like a breakout forming here - highest for two years currently.

Just added.

Interesting that the FD is putting £50k into the rights to fund the deal. FDs are not known to avid buyers of their own shares.

Kramch

Here is the link from the company's website:

12m EBITDA of $5 on fee income of $56m (on the basis of the 12 months to July 2010).

I'm looking forward to the prospectus which should contain some hard numbers.

woozle, what's the turnover and profits of Optimal? Lot of fluffy talk about synergies, but very few facts in the announcement. K.

He must be he controls the board as in so much he has two people on it.

The headline numbers just go to show how inefficient Neo has been.

I reckon that Neo alone is spending $12m too much on personnel .. Synergies including staff, property, IT etc could be worth as much $15m .. Hopefully they'll reverse everything into Optimal!

It'll be interesting to see how much Desmond buys in the new share issue. I'm hoping that he's overseeing this.

I wonder what will happen to the $6million newteller software?
I bet the group use the Optimal system.

Yep having been actively watching this stock over the last few years it's manipulated up then down to collect cheap stock whilst all along the main holders are slowly increasing their stakes.

Its probably the most reliable long i know up from the low 50's back up to its higher threshold of mid 60's after the constant tiny AT trades attack takes it down.
