09/12/2008 01:37 | I find it staggering that Dermot Desmond is able to suddenly announce he owns over 25% of the company. What happened to the disclosure rules? If as someone sugested he has accumulated these through CFD's,doesn't that make a mockery of the rules? Who had 25% of the co to sell and where is that disclosure announcement. I shall be onto the London Stock Exchange first thing to demand a thorough investigation. | ![]() restassured
08/12/2008 21:59 | Yes because the 8% market rally/rise today really helped us i see, lol. How bad can this get? i am at a complete loss to understand this anymore and believe me i am a believer. a, It has a net cash balance of approx the current share price b, it announces new contracts/deals every week c, the directors have been buying in recent weeks d, rival internet transfer companies own shares and have huge CFD long bets on Neteller or neo if you like. e, Paddy has a 27% interest in it. F the results are on the up and it expects to make over £3 million clear clean profit this year and then circa £5 mill next year. G its on a forward p/e in 2009 of about 5.4 has no debt and is well run. AND STILL IT GOES DOWN???????????????? It seems to me mathematically impossible ? were are the share sales all comming from ? but hey it still falls lol I have never ever seen anything like it in all my years, it went past ridiculous a long time ago. I just hope we don't fall victim to a right royal stitch up with pathetic offer that is already in the bag .. | ![]() 25cent

08/12/2008 16:08 | No RNS yet and I'm very curious, but I'm a medium term holder here. Can't see much downside given the sector and £38M cash plus a profitable and growing business. | ![]() philjeans

08/12/2008 13:24 | This suggests to me that a concert party have managed to find 28% of the shares; probably from distressed institutions selling up for forced redemptions. A very handy figure, if I'm right, from which to launch a bid, or to sell on, to a bidder. Either way, with massive cash backing, no debt and a strong profit growth ahead, this looks a very safe bet. | ![]() philjeans
