NEO was falling 20% per day. You seem to forget the shares listed at 1.25p in November 2023 and was trading at 0.3p at the start of this month.

Desperate for cash they've embarked on a charm offensive which included a broker report putting a valuation of 20X on the share price. Two positive RNS's and a director interview not to mention the illicit tweets by JB. So here you are at 1.45p

But as I say I'm not interested in any of this. I'm only interested in the fundamentals.

That's a completely different subject. The share price up or down is driven by PI sentiment. What I'm talking about here are the fundamentals behind what's going on.

If the fundamentals are bad for which I believe they are here everything will be lost as is so often the case.

That's correct. What they are going through is the motions of entering the uranium market in order to entice mug PIs to invest in their shares. Work to prove up resources has already been done by Anglo American at Henkries in 1979. I would question whether any work at all has been done by Niger Uranium or NEO.

All they are doing is setting up companies and transferring capital raised from equity issues from one company they own to another company they own and buying licences and supposed assets off one another.

Nothing illegal in it but none of this has anything to do with the £100 millions required to bring a uranium mine first discovered in 1975 into first time production 50 years later.

No. According to the interims published 28/06/2024 the cash balance to 31/03/2024 was just £41,000. However the prospectus gave them the right to raise fresh equity along with other financial instruments.

RNS 28/06/2024 - "An operating loss is expected in the 12 months after the date of these financial statements. As a result, the Group will raise equity funding, which has already been provided for in the published prospectus and as detailed above and will not provide further dilution beyond that already disclosed, to provide additional working capital within the next 12 months. The ability of the Group to meet its projected expenditure is dependent on these further equity injections and / or the raising of cash through bank loans or other debt instruments."

In almost all cases what keeps a share price in a lower range is the forward selling of discount placing shares. Major shareholders can also be taking advantage of the recent rise by selling now that the price is over 1.25p.

This is an 800 million company with huge potential. All these niggling agreements will pale into insignificance once the market accumulates enough shares this will be 15-20 pence a share.
