25/8/2024 14:01 | Keep in mind we haven't seen everything yet. From the recent Stockbox interview with Jason Brewer: "Other potential complementary uranium acquisitions are being advanced" "there's more which we hope to announce very soon" And here's the big one: "there are other acquisitions in the region that we will hopefully be able finalise and announce over the course of this month and that will unlock both of these projects in a very significant way" | time_for_truth
25/8/2024 12:20 | Big yawn 🥱 | robwalsh25
25/8/2024 12:18 | I repeat go back and read the link I gave you. Stranger Holdings acquired Desert Star Trading 130 in October 2023 as a result of acquiring Mayflower Metals and Neo Uranium. They did not purchase DST130 direct. Who owned DST130 prior to the purchase. What date was DST130 formed. That's your homework for this August Bank holiday weekend. | pwhite73
25/8/2024 12:07 | You’re wrong now go back to bed troll | robwalsh25
25/8/2024 12:00 | hxxps://www.pkf-l.co | robwalsh25
25/8/2024 11:56 | No it was not because Stranger Holdings had to buy Mayflower Metals and Neo Uranium to acquire the rights DST130 had to Henkries. Read the whole link I gave you from Stranger Holdings. | pwhite73
25/8/2024 11:19 | Desert Star Trading 130 was bought out by Stranger Holdings PLC last October. Stranger Holdings PLC is the previous name of Neo energy metals. Move on pwhite u talk nonsense. | robwalsh25
25/8/2024 11:06 | I stand corrected. | pwhite73
25/8/2024 10:44 | "Tom how do I search for a users posts when in a board?" There's a small box just above the charts, "Search this thread". Type in any keyword and press Go. For example, I typed bairstoww and got the three posts I've made. | bairstoww
25/8/2024 10:18 | robwalsh25 - It may well do based on another positive RNS, another broker report, another positive tweet from JB or Myles and the general fear of missing out by PIs. My concern here are the facts surrounding the company and its claims to owning £billions worth of uranium. This will ultimately determine where the share price ends up or down for that matter. I've already shown you things are not as they seem. Be careful. | pwhite73
25/8/2024 10:14 | Bore off pwhite no one is listening to your nonsense. This will break 2p on Tuesday. | robwalsh25
25/8/2024 09:37 | Busy over the rest of the Bank Holiday weekend so will do some further digging after and report back to you all. runster - "Tom how do I search for a users posts when in a board?" You can't. You can only search for users posts irrespective of where they posted. | pwhite73
25/8/2024 09:35 | Information so far. Henkries we are told is 100% owned by a company called Desert Star Trading 130. "Desert Star is the legal and beneficial owner of a uranium prospecting right NC30/5/1/1/2/11918 in the Northern Cape of the Republic of South Africa commonly known as the Henkries Uranium Project (“Henkries Project”)." Desert Star Trading is only a generic name and there are many companies in South Africa with the designation Desert Star Trading and a number at the end. Just type Desert Star Trading South Africa into Google and you will see what I mean. Desert Star Trading 130 is a privately owned company the basic details are here. I haven’t paid to see who the directors are YET!!!. Click on FIND A COMPANY. You can search with the name (Click on Starts With) or company number. Desert Star Trading 130 is 50% owned by a company called Neo Uranium Propriety Limited (NURSA) which in turn is owned by a company called Mayflower Energy Metals Limited. Mayflower Energy Metals Limited is owned or part owned by JB. The company was dissolved on 20/08/2024. How strange? From the prospectus it appears £1.75 million will be paid to Mayflower Energy Metals Limited “Stranger will pay £1,750,000 through the issue of Consideration Shares to MEML and/or MEML’s designees on completion of the Acquisition;” Unless I’m mistaken isn’t this JB buying his own company? The key here is to find out:- 1. Who the directors of Desert Star Trading 130 are. 2. When was the company formed. 3. Does licence number NC30/5/1/1/2/11918 exist as I can’t seem to access SAMROD ONLINE which is the South African Minerals, Energy and Resources website that records permits and licences. However, it does allow you to check for mining operations in various areas including Northern Cape where Henkries is situated. There is no record of any mining operations called Henkries at Northern Cape. | pwhite73
24/8/2024 15:56 | Tom how do I search for a users posts when in a board? | runster
24/8/2024 13:46 | Pwhite had the similar arguments with EEE - That was at 1.7p - EEE went from that level to well over 12p - | tomboyb

24/8/2024 10:50 | Fair point about Beisa - they are about to purchase it, but if you can find evidence that Henkries purchase is a fraud, I'll sell my shares on Tuesday and thank you. If you find evidence that it was purchased, can you confirm that you believe it to have been purchased purely to defraud me and people like me who have bought shares? | runster
24/8/2024 10:35 | runster - "What will they do with the mines once NEO, MARU and SKA are diluted to nothing and eventually delist? Or do you not believe they have even purchased them?" We know for a fact Beisa has not been purchased. RNS 16/08/2024 - "With the technical, financial and legal due diligence now completed ahead of schedule, the Company is now working with its lawyers and South African advisors to finalise the formal acquisition documentation with Sunshine· The Company remains on track to sign this formal documentation with Sunshine by no later than 30 September 2024" I'm pressed for time but can find no evidence of the purchase of Henkries either. Drilling was suppose to have started on Henkries in January 2024 but it hasn't. In the interview QVDB admitted they were behind on schedule. I will do some digging later and tell you why. | pwhite73
24/8/2024 10:03 | Maybe he'd be better off de-ramping small-cap companies on minor chat boards for peanuts like you, rather than building mining companies, lol. You think they bought Henkries and these two Beisa properties not to extract wealth from them, but simply as a means to defraud a few British private investors? Is that really your position? What will they do with the mines once NEO, MARU and SKA are diluted to nothing and eventually delist? Or do you not believe they have even purchased them? | runster
24/8/2024 09:03 | Many thanks 👍 | ulsterman73
24/8/2024 08:31 | Run by a Brit too. | runster
24/8/2024 08:31 | Ulsterman - take a look at another small South African company called ASP Isotopes (ASPI). They have developed technology to turn base materials into medical, industrial and energy isotopes with low capital costs and very high efficacy. Uranium, carbon, silicon, various medical isotopes. Close to cash generation. They claim their process is so efficacious that they can produce the type of uranium that fuels small modular reactors using the tailings of previously processed uranium. That is a very low cost input material (in fact a major environmental problem) and they can turn it into to a very high value commodity that will power AI and cities all over the world. They will also produce the silicon isotopes that will power AI and quantum computing. Well worth a look. | runster
24/8/2024 08:26 | 💯 Total agree with you Runster! This is a very lucrative opportunity here. With Quinton weighing in, it really gives genuine investors great peace of mind and confidence. | ulsterman73
24/8/2024 08:18 | Is Quinton a serious person, did he make his billions through serial scams? Is he respected in the industry? Is he happy to put his name and stake his reputation against scams (according to you) like NEO, Marula and Shuka? | runster |
