they're working on it. reckon they're cracking on with not just tariff but jda

this is mega serious. its gonna be a huge when it lands.

it won't be months. the company time line was jda end of month. With tariff somewhere in between. The July end timing of the jda has been repeated many times over by the company. we remain on schedule

now thats the kind of value and share price we should be talking about. thanks ImJustDandy

always believed that some people were being too conservative in their valuations. on jda, we could be 50p. represents a market cap of £140million. perfectly reasonable, if we get back a proper wedge for that 20% or more for the additional stake.

Based on us retaining 10% the analyst reckons we worth 10x market cap which was £5m at the time this note was released (July 2017) . So £50m for 10% and £100m for 20%. That's 20p for 10% and 40p for 20%. Now that's dandy . This is a very advanced project and therefore has a good chance of securing high quality partners. The fact that the company has received unsolicited approaches is encouraging. A feasibility study and all technical documentation has been completed, a Power Purchase Agreement has been agreed in principle with a local utility, all relevant Social Impact and Environmental studies, land use rights and other permits are in place, the mine concession has been awarded and access to the power grid has been approved, indicating Government support. · The first 300MW stage of the power plant has been estimated to generate US$130m of EBITDA annually. Ncondezi's very existence hangs in the balance as reflected by the sub £5m market cap. Should it find a way through to financial close, even a 10% share in the project could be worth more than 10x this amount. We applaud management's decision to take back control of the project. Stimulating competition amongst potential partners may help to secure a favourable outcome for shareholders.

He usually keeps his cards very close to his chest but on this occasion reveals that a share price in excess of 26p is the likely outcome for #NCCLRedacted for transposition!"20% is what NCCL will probably have ( due past spending contribution ) but on my own guess it's likely to be more than 3x currently"
