26/7/2018 11:08 | I'm sure that option has been tabled as has converting the SHL to equity post JDA seeing as they don't really want to dilute themselves do they? | cl0ckw0rk0range
26/7/2018 10:42 | If I were Hanno now, I would exchange the loan for shares at this level, rather than the 8/9p of a few weeks ago. Get it out of the way once and for all as a talking point. | divmad
26/7/2018 09:54 | Big buys too!! | splatted
26/7/2018 09:53 | Haha.... metaphorically speaking of-course :) | thetrophyman
26/7/2018 09:53 | If they were going to do a placing then it would have been done over the past number of sessions when the price has been steady over 8/9p, Hanno has already mentioned that they had been looking at options for the SHL in the previous RNS. It's a shareholder loan. Every time this is mentioned we go over the same discussion. It's a loan from shareholders. So the math. | cl0ckw0rk0range
26/7/2018 09:49 | Ok, a delay, but a delay that will straddle the upcoming Sept 2nd shareholder loan repayment deadline. How will that be refinanced? Simply rolled over, or another placing? | divmad
26/7/2018 09:32 | Those big sells recently are very suspicious in my opinion! | jon1962
26/7/2018 08:57 | Just need to grease some palms. Simple and the way it works there! | theaviator
26/7/2018 08:52 | I agree with that, nothing has changed in the deal that we all think everyone wants to make, just a delay... good opportunity for some... | thetrophyman
26/7/2018 07:58 | the workshop brings everyone together to harmonise the process. they'll be talking about lot more too, including the power purchase agreement and financial close. in the real world, this is sensible stuff. we PIs on the other hand, want things tomorrow. not happy with delay myself but having read the rns over and over, its heading well in the right direction just to add as others have, there is only our plant at Tete and will figure in EDM plans. workshop in early august. should know a lot more after that | terranadonjohnson
26/7/2018 07:40 | NCCL is the only 300MW power project in Tete as referenced in the EDM power plan. | cl0ckw0rk0range
26/7/2018 07:38 | Well within that period means exactly that. The important takeaway here is that #NCCL delivered an updated tariff proposal and it has been accepted to the next level of negotiation. The JDA will then fall in place as soon as they have completed the process with EDM and MIREME. | cl0ckw0rk0range
26/7/2018 07:38 | The only 300 project in tete province and now officially in EDM 10 year plan. How obvious do you need it. Delayed but this is ON!!! | splatted
26/7/2018 07:26 | Very true. But is it 10% or less, or 75%+??? A world of difference. | divmad
26/7/2018 07:21 | There is a probability that this may never get passed..... | bigboots
26/7/2018 06:28 | Yeah... so it is :), I'm always fairly cautious and on reading the rns, just felt there is now a tiny sliver of doubt mixed into the pot... imo, do we know what other projects EDM might be looking at? | thetrophyman
26/7/2018 06:27 | Welcome to Africa....where things always take twice as long :) | nav_mike
26/7/2018 06:24 | But you have to ask yourself if there is anything substantive about the tariff submission that needs to be ironed out through a workshop-style meeting, or meetings. Clearly not the straightforward thumbs-up that most were expecting. | divmad
26/7/2018 06:19 | Early August is next week. Expect some slight slippage always on AIM. It's a few more days in the whole scheme of things. | cl0ckw0rk0range
26/7/2018 06:13 | I guess this mornings RNS is just a wee bit disappointing... | thetrophyman
25/7/2018 18:16 | NCCL invited offers for 60% minimum, which could well be perceived as putting yourself up for sale! An agreed buy out is therefore entirely possible and that scenario must have been/or is being taken into account by the potential buyers. If that is going to happen it could be announced in place of the presumed JDA. NCCL is more likely to be taken out now if that's the way the buyers see it... because it will become much more expensive to take out later on after being substantially de-risked by a binding JDA. | dontay
25/7/2018 17:46 | Why would they stop at 90% ownership? Why not get rid of pesky little nccl entirely, at the right price of course? | divmad
25/7/2018 17:06 | phone call happened. exactly as I said. | terranadonjohnson
25/7/2018 16:37 | Do you have him on speed dial. | dontay
25/7/2018 16:33 | Strange he answered his phone if in a serious, tense meeting? | swiz73 |
