Brewsters,

Yeah just compare this to the likes of KIBO or GCM, both years behind these folks but get a lot more retail investor interest. The latter in particular goes crazy on just rumours of a potential right to mine being granted. Yet these chaps at NCCL are very close to signing off $60.5m in funding and an effective 40% carry through to project development on a massive coal to power project and there's a handful of traders per day. As novice suggested when this one races off like GRL or CZA then it'll be noticed. :)

Don't know if you saw the rise/chart of HNR brewster (which I don't own btw), but may go to show when a major player is involved with a minnow, then the share price can really go places. We're hopefully not too long away now from formalizing an agreement with a massive Chinese state conglomerate, then let's see what happens here ;-)

Can't believe that not too many investors are latched onto what's about to happen here.. Being quoted premiums for 50k plus sized buy orders.Bodes well as the next few weeks should take us a lot higher than we are.

you two could be onto something as volume is starting to pick up a little again. Seems sensitive even to modest buying volume at the moment, not much stock around it seems.

Well its gonna get a lot busier around here if that SEP deal concludes before 31st of May. Doing a JDA with a £2.5bn company that makes £150m per year is some going for a £15m AIM tiddler.

Rise a 1/4p a day until news will do me for now, but feel, imo, once news is released that 1/4p's will be turned into many pence rises for a while. Nothing ever climbs for ever so there will be peeps locking in profits, and why shouldn't they but do feel this has the legs, and news to go far far higher before I crystallise any of my gains to date.

As I said I also really like the fact that this is one of the quietest threads on advfn for a share price that just keeps climbing at the mo & with bundles of news to come. All looking good so far :)

My best performing stock this month has been BOD which is up 130%.I am pleased with the results to date but there is more upside to be identified

The payment isn't annually

-- SEP will invest up to US$25.5 million to fund the development costs to Financial Close in return for a 60% equity interest in Ncondezi Power Company S.A ("NPC"), a subsidiary that will hold 100% of the Power Project

-- Based on SEP's expertise in coal fired power generation, the Power Project boiler technology will change from Circulating Fluidized-Bed ("CFB") to Pulverized Coal ("PC")

-- NPC will pay Ncondezi an additional US$35 million on initial draw down of funds after Financial Close of the Power Project
