No wonder cancellations at Advfn are brisk. Best coal to power play on Aim is NCCL . By a country mile. We have 60% of something tangible whereas Kibo has 100% of nothing at the moment.Great advice though - thank you

You seem a decent enough guy, but you are getting way ahead of yourself re valuations. There are people here with very sizeable holdings who are not expecting anything like 40p upon the paperwork being completed pre 31/5

You really need to look up the timetable for 'financial close' as this will be the trigger for the $35m payment. It certainly wont be 31/5

What we are currently waiting for are all the investment conditions to be met - at that point the JDA will become effective and NCCL will get $6.25m plus a rebate of costs incurred since 01.01.16

We also need to learn how the coal mine side of the operation will be financed.

Im not trying to pour cold water on your hopes mate, as Im hopeful we will get to 40p, just not in the short timeframe you keep mentioning. Theres a real danger that if people latch onto what you are saying, they could be disappointed if we 'only' get to 12-15p for instance.

Of course if the herd all arrive at once and throw sense out of the window, this post may make me look silly, but that wont be on the back of immediate fundamentals.

From 11th Jan RNS. Unlikely to be satisfied before 8th Feb but more likely anytime now. "The Company and SEP have already started work on the SEP Investment Conditions and are focused on satisfying them as quickly as possible. Notwithstanding the progress that has been made, the SEP Investment Conditions are unlikely to be satisfied by the targeted date of 8 February 2016 and an extension is expected to be required. The Company will update shareholders as appropriate."

Thank you for that Cammy Does certainly look interesting and I am awaiting to take a position...but waiting 1st week of May and to see if it will dip a lil more before doing so ;)I was holding before the last RNS on the delay and sold out to take other positions that I have done well onHopefully I will be back before the big news with a bigger holding.Have a good weekend :)

Brewster the cash on signing the deal I think is worth $36m alone. That's around £25m. We then have the annual profit from the coal supply agreement which will be worth at least £10m profit per year. We will also own 40% of the JV.1. £25m cash2. £10m profit per year on a multiple of 6 = £60m Very conservative 3. Valuation of our JV stake £15m. Very conservative.Total = £100m250m shares divide by £100m = 40p = 10 baggerAll contingent on JV being signed with SEP may I add on 31st May.Just my personal view Brewster
