Remember not a lot of folk wish to have money tied up in here or any stock for months ...there are so many great opportunities out there to make extra cash and plough it in here before May.....a good example of a hot stock is HNRPathetic 4 million market cap and hardly any free float.DYOR and GL

Bottom will be when the sells dry out.A lot have bought in in expectations of the deal signed off.....but end of May is over 3 and half months away.....so share price will naturally drift.Imo folk waiting to buy will start around 2nd week of May if no news hits us before then.GL

412069 - I am surprised anyone would buy a share like this on credit, it is very difficult to buy and sell anyway with a huge spread and if you try to sell a lot in a hurry you are going to get a handful of dust from the market makers in return as Brooks have so elegantly demonstrated. It is shareholders like that with no faith or staying power that can do enormous damage to a company.

NAV_Mike - a lot of the larger miners like Glencore are up actually contrary to the wider market.

The whole world market is going risk-off in a major way, so many people will be taking their money off the table.

Yes we know this will probably all come good by 31/5 but thats potentially up to 3-4 months away, and those months could well be extremely volatile in the wider market.

It's people that's bought these shares on credit looking for a quick buck and can't afford to take the shares up when required to.
Most know it's a near cert so do the mm's otherwise we would then be back at 2p.
What's 12weeks to wait to triple your money and then some?

Really the behaviour of shareholders of this company is appalling. With a deal which looks virtually certain to proceed offering $35 million in cash and 40% of the development with $25 million costs paid by the Chinese this comes to $45 million, or about £30 million or three times the current share price. So what do people do when offered three times their money? Sell of course.

Looks like my strategy to sell half my holding on the news appeared correct. ( leaving plenty of profit for mr a n other)

Im now looking to buy back in soon.

I would personally wait.There were lots of buys since the last RNS I guess a lot of folk will be bailing out as patience is not their virtue imo
