5 February 2016: Ncondezi Energy Limited ("Ncondezi" or the "Company") (AIM: NCCL) is pleased to announce that the deadline for the satisfaction of the SEP Investment Conditions contained within the binding Joint Development Agreement ("JDA") with Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd ("SEP") (Shanghai Stock Exchange code 600021) has been extended until 31 May 2016. The terms of the JDA including the SEP Investment Conditions were set out in the announcement dated 11 January 2016.

Both SEP and the Company continue to be focused on satisfying the SEP Investment Conditions as quickly as possible to make the JDA effective, and are targeting completion within the extension period.

Note "within the extension period" so could drop any day now

30p is only a Market cap of £75m. Once Sep on board we are guaranteed £25m PBT annually from the coal supply agreement and that's only based on a 300 MW plant. Ncondezi plans to ramp up to 1800mw so 6x £25m annually. Throw in our 40% stake in the JV, what's all that going to be worth? 30p? I think not

Sign off in coming weeks is going to make the above real.

Anyone waiting on the side lines to buy in better hurry as the SEP deal can arrive any day.Note in the RNS the completion of sign off is within the period.Stock is very tightly held and is difficult to buy in qty....I'm trying to imagine where we will be share price wise come in the next few weeks if news has not landed..... 10p is a minimum.Upon completion of the deal 30p minimum Keep filling those boots folks GL

Decent volume today....shame we couldnt hold onto the highs, but im happy with this gradual climb higher.

Just a pity I'm not going to be here to share the success of NCCL . All the very best to all NCCL shareholders enjoy the ride. Quality company with a fantastic project and superb partner in SEP. Once again, best coal to power project in AIM
