I'm hoping to hear that 4 of the conditions are now unconditional but who knows. They might have them all completed without any extension . Once this has gone unconditional then sky's the limit on share price

If the last RNS is anything to go by, I imagine we won't hear anything until at least the 8th Feb or after.

"The Company and SEP have already started work on the SEP Investment Conditions and are focused on satisfying them as quickly as possible. Notwithstanding the progress that has been made, the SEP Investment Conditions are unlikely to be satisfied by the targeted date of 8 February 2016 and an extension is expected to be required. The Company will update shareholders as appropriate."

I'd imagine next news will be confirming an extension has been given.

The re rate could be huge with less than 250m shares in issue.Joint develop news with Sep hopefully confirmed this week

Nice article novice. Hopefully news next week updating us re SEP agreement. This will be one of the best performing stocks on Aim in 2016. Slowly but surely being de risked and getting ready for lift off.

Another decent write-up released today, no new info, but may be a useful summary generally.



With SEP investing $25.5m for 60% up till financial close would suggest the project at this minute would be valued at around $40m, which is why 10p or there about would be a fair valuation for the company right now imo.

And that of course leaves aside the $35m additional payment NCCL can hopefully expect within the next six to nine months, as well as the fact that they retain 100% ownership of the coal mine.

It may take another two years at least before that mine is up and running, but if one takes a longer view here (I know, this is AIM)), then not only would NCCL benefit from all coal sold to the power station, but there is also the potential to export the coal from this recently completed new railway line in the area.

Then of course, there is also Baobab Resources. Too bad they decided to bail on AIM, so we don't know how far they are with their pig iron project. I recall in one of their news releases they stated that their projects' energy needs can be in part satisfied by locally available coal, for which NCCL is obviously a potential supplier too, since they operate in the same area.

Well i have just dipped in this at a buy of 90757 shares at 4.95Bought over 30 mins ago and still no sign of my trade ?Will buy in another 150k by tomorrow. Hopefully get them at the same price.

Ok that's 3 days running we have now had a full intraday reversal from red to blue.
