The last RNS highlighted 5 points outstanding. They also said they were already working to complete those but may need an extension to the deadline of 9th Feb. I think next RNS will say 3 of the points now agreed and final 2 points aim to be completed by X date so NCCL has granted Sep an extension until X date. Just my thoughts Alternatively we get a knockout blow saying agreement now unconditional . In other words fully de risked.

Yep Dorset, I still stand by that. I have followed this dog for a very long time. The chart speaks for itself. I dumped heavily into the spike and I am sure I wasn't the only one. There is good potential here, but the BoD need to get over the finish line. Meanwhile, no worries, shooting the messenger is an age old ADVFN muppet tradition...

If you think they will secure the deal then maybe a good buy. If you think they won't secure the deal then a good sell. Make your own decision based on the facts that are in the public domain

Agreed Shash. I think it's good to have some balanced opinion thanks KatyLied. I hope as much as any of you that this takes off but it's not final until its final. I think we need to keep our feet on the ground. I also don't believe there will be news by the 8th but I'm not overly worried about it. These things take time.

Not all the facts are on the table as the company are finalising the final few points to make this agreement unconditional . That's the beauty of investing you can buy shares at the current price while matters are still open.
