Nothing much in there that wasn't in the last RNS regarding the conditions. Why would they source the coal from elsewhere if they are pretty much sat on top of it?

Mcap's been the reason I've stayed and awaited this outcome it will be worth a good bit more than 11m when the deals done lads.

Worth translating and reading SEP's wed site all very honerable ect don't think the bod would want this to mess up pride and all that.

Upon the deal going unconditional we will have a co making £20m pa on first 300MW with a strategy to increase to 1800MW or £120m pa. we also have a 40% free carry in JV and a £36m cash inflow. Oh and we currently have a mkt cap of £11mDo the maths

That's agreed for sure I'm sure this looks like a dead cert Cammy.There is a huge incentive for both sides.. still news can arrive at any time.Where do you think this could go once the news of unconditional gets out?

Brewster- if the joint venture goes unconditional you won't be able to buy any quantity. Reading the last RNS it's 90% certain

News on the coal supply agreement is also due any day now.

Novice we will also have an annual profit of £20m from the coal supply agreement which we will own 100%. This is based on 300MW plant but the plan is to take this up to 1800MW or £120m annual profit. We will also have 40% of the JV. Next re rate will be large. Any day now the news should drop.

Zubes, I think we're going through a process where short term or even T20 traders cash in on profits where they bought in the two's and three's and sold in the 4-5p range. On the other hand, you have new money coming in and they pick up the shares from these sellers.

Once we get further news, which should be soon-ish, regarding confirmation of the Jv and funds heading NCCLs way as well as assumingly positive developments regarding reaching financial close (6-9 months estimate) then this share should really rerate as each hurdle is being taken. Towards the end of the line there is a $35m pay out waiting and I'm pretty confident management here will do what it takes to not miss out on that sum.

People are watching this like a hawk believe me I am got a good few but fancy more when the times right.
It's a bottom draw job this but in a different way once the deals signed plant built powers up who knows what the share price will be a £1's a guess.
