I can't see a downgrade causing what could end up as a double digit decline. I'm not doubting that ubs could be dumping.

It has nothing to do with rate increases or debt. It’s simply a broker downgrade I believe. Not sure which broker

The dump here is concerning, however their current debt is already at set rates so not affected by the recent rate rises. We could have a forced seller, a seller not happy with the trading statement, or a heavy short attack also. Who knows

Yes debt at the Half Year was £947 million, it was much higher @ £1.34 Billion at H1 2020 i.e. before the £235 million equity issue in April 2020 was used to reduce it.

The $B question is with interest rates expected to stay elevated for some time, will NEX be able to service the debt pile when current low rate deal expires.?
