29/3/2024 18:55 | The same company presentations used pre Samsung Settlement covering the last two years!...Hilarious! | paul planet earth1
29/3/2024 18:47 | The facts are in the company presentations. I don't need to repeat them | terrorwit
29/3/2024 18:27 | Think Christopher Mills of Oryx ..so supportive at the GM jumped out recently too..these institutions can’t get enough of our Brian. The second biggest shareholder dislikes him intensely it seems. Not even sure halfwit is a shareholder..just a silly little troll who seems incapable of posting anything that doesn’t refer to me …damn they are obsessed. Best way to put me down is using facts to try and prove me wrong not just silly acqusations pulled out of their backside. It has not ability , no skills , just nothing. It’s really rather sad. | kooba
29/3/2024 17:23 | GPChat is a brilliant app! 'Insider trading refers to the buying or selling of a publicly-traded company's stock by someone who has access to material, non-public information about that stock. This can include corporate officers, directors, employees, or other individuals who may have privileged information not available to the general public. Insider trading is illegal in many countries because it undermines the fairness and integrity of financial markets.' | paul planet earth1
29/3/2024 17:08 | Yup long term holders like RG who dumped his shares and ran off and LOAM who sold down heavily at a massive profit! 29/3/2024 14:12 | You read that interview on Mailonline and you think what a slippery character he is comments about shareholders wanting cash to remain with the business, to pay his bonus no doubt, "And, while the size of the settlement disappointed some investors, others were concerned Nanoco was not keeping enough of the payout for itself, according to Tenner"....Really? stating that he's not taking part in the tender. he couldn't take part even if he wanted to, but he got paid a huge bonus and lots of free shares though, didn't choose to mention that now Bwain to the interviewer wonder why, unbeliverable like he's some saint ffs, "Tenner, in addition to three other board colleagues, has opted not to participate in the tender off at all, instead seeing 'more value in the medium to long term, rather than cashing in'.". Hilarious...didn't buy any shares recently though, when was the last time you had skin in the game Tenner! Has a little swipe at Tariq Hamoodi and his litigation with LOAM, not recommended BT you might be next with a few of your ex mates. "Tenner says: 'Ultimately, what [Mr Hamoodi] decides to do is what he decides to do - he's currently got legal action ongoing with one of our other shareholders [Lombard Odier] that doesn't involve us.."....Yet! And absolutely no words of gratitude or thanks to long-term suffering investors for all their support with the previous placement and encouragement with the Samsung settlement. "Many of them bought shares speculatively as the prospect of a Samsung payout became imminent, but Tenner says longer-term institutional investors now feel more comfortable with the firm's offering."...erhm no and how about the large number of LTH's who supported the 37p placement in 2022? And thats before you realise theres next to no chance of reaching breakeven next year as opex monthly cash burn has more than trebled and they need a really big commercial deal to get to breakeven next year. | paul planet earth1
29/3/2024 12:45 | There are several ____wit’s that are very suitable I’m sure they will eventually get to the ones that best suit their character..or lack of character. Terror….ooh how scary. Lmao. | kooba
29/3/2024 12:28 | The CEO doth protest too much, methinks - BT is annoyed because his leadership has been pulled apart by every investor with half a brain….obvious | barkbooo
29/3/2024 12:15 | As for having a swipe at private investors that funded the business ..BT should be careful of biting the hand that fed him..he only serves at the behest of shareholders. “And, while the size of the settlement disappointed some investors, others were concerned Nanoco was not keeping enough of the payout for itself, according to Tenner.” For itself ffs the company is owned by the shareholders not him. I guess that he is taking no votes to the tender in that view when those that voted against mostly wanted more cash in the form of a special dividend. I can see a number of untruths in the article not bad for BT. Since the stated policy of the company set out in the report and accounts is that the executives must hold 200% of basic salary in shares and Brian is no where near that figure after being an executive for 7 years ..he was not in a position to sell shares as it would have been a breach of that renumeration policy…so not his decision whether to sell in the tender. I think all this PR should have waited till after the tender…if they want to puff the shares get some bloody visibility around “the order” and the likelihood of building a sustainable revenue stream not just a very small one off. | kooba
29/3/2024 10:05 | Terrorwit F@@king clown they were wasting a fortune on PR during the Samsung Litigation process you daft cu@t! Instead of engaging with the majority shareholders being 'retail' he's doing everything possible to alienate them further! Monthly cash burn up 3 or 4 times to £400k or £5m a year how on earth will they reach breakeven even next year, Board guidance they have all just stuck their heads in noses ffs, the numbers simply don't stack up! | paul planet earth1
29/3/2024 09:44 | What's more the company is now spending shareholder's money on PR because of these trolls who are now complaining about the company spending money on PR. You couldn't make it up. | terrorwit
28/3/2024 20:37 | TerrorWit "Directors' confidence and broker guidance from Cavendish and Turner Pope. There isn't anything else to go on." That worked out well relying on Brian's confidence and Edison and Turner Pope's guidance regarding the Samsung Settlement likely outcomes! Oh if I recall you informed investors that they hadn't done their research and should have reviewed legal papers hidden behind a Texas Court legal paywall with most of the contents redracted! And if I recall with that massive ego you failed to take advantage of such knowledge and even lost some share value as the share price crashed following the settlement amount confirmation RNS released in early Feb last year........f@@king hilarious! | paul planet earth1
28/3/2024 20:24 | CoIin Stein Member since: 15 Dec 2013 A user who hides their posting history behind a premium account so no one can see what they post and where they post!
