Surely the staff who produced them are worth much much more?

Itinvestor - thank you for the clarity. I take your reply to suggest you hope the share price goes forward.

"I hope you receive a decent return on your investment.."

From my own perspective, when I sell, I wish holders well..but with no Finacial interest - I move on, wasted time has no value!

Alphorn, depends on wether your the buyer or seller I guess. We can only speculate. From were we have come from I think we have a key component in a product and someone needs to secure that component. The strength as a seller comes from that senario. The buyer will be looking at options but I suspect they need the world patent and possibly knowhow, if time is an issue the maufacturing ability which we have may play a part. I think we could be in a strong position.

Itinvestor - "£5m for the IP on a good day...."that sounded fairly negative" Call me old fashioned but if you value the IP at a mere £5m your judgement does not align with the price this morning....so one would assume you are dissapointed?

Are you pleased with the price?

So what are you rules? If they buy 20% the share price will be much higher. Year high 56p. Mike is not a good negotiator so wouldn’t be surprised if he sold for 12p but Brian could lead us much higher. Big difference if rohs say yes or no. Imagine oems display paying Apple royalty. Plus display in phone, tablets, iMacs. Then sensors in phones , tablets wearable display. Kodak patents. Automotive sensors. Long list. How did mike fail to commercialize any of this. Not even taking into account the medical side.

One world patent could be worth more than the rest put together. If you need to protect your product containing IP its best to own it. If a an other party is interested you'll need to outbid to get it. Game on

It seems that negative posters on ADVFN like posing questions - not so keen on answering any?

Strange that?

Why was there so much secrecy with our Yankee cash machine - why did they pull the plug so soon after completing the large manafacturing facility they funded - why have management rushed this softener through so quickly after partnership split.

If it quacks like a duck - it ain't a monkey!

imo the best time to sell the company: best financial results in history, a brand new production facility, 6 mio in cash availabe, 750 patents. share price will rise as company is more worth than 46 mio.

You sound very keen for others to sell Bones. Maybe you want to summarise your perception of the company's shortcomings again in 10 minutes times, in case anybody missed your last 6 posts.

Old timer .Ip only has a value if it can be commercialised.IR17;m afraid that I cannot ascribe a valuation of around £40m for the IP.Probably £5m for the IP on a good day....

It's the 750 patents that are worth a lot of money.

People living in cloud cookoo land here .MMS giving people the chance to exit at a decent price I suggest some take the chance because this simply isn't worth 43m of anyone's money

6m in bank
No sales
No contracts
Loss making
No customers

Not exactly a thriving business worth investing in or taking on .

Still think this will finish well into the red as reality sets in . Garbage company wasted so much money and delivered nothing now bailing out . Comical
