17/10/2019 13:08 | Assuming that massive sale is what has been absorbing all the buys. Let's hope its not yet more bad news. | bagpuss67
17/10/2019 10:38 | Yeah, i agree. Brian Tenner sounded little less upbeat, especially when he mentioned the facility which is "ready to go" and has "a significant capability". But the absolut less upbeat was when he mentioned that Nanoco has "created a highly flexible mix of staff skills - supporting both electronics and display". That was really frustrating. oh hold on. It was great news wasn't it? :-) | hawi2
17/10/2019 09:41 | Few were betting against Nanoco prior to the Apple contract going pop in June. I advised caution for newer investors following that when there really were some serious rampers pushing this like mad, suggesting swift climbs back towards the 30's and beyond- they soon evaporated. I think it's fifty fifty now between a contact win or a cash raise within the next few months. It would have been nice to hear some update on display, the fact they said little to nothing on that front, suggests there is nothing brewing at present. None of the analysts seem to question what became of the promised display products first mooted around two years ago. Unless there is something being kept a very tight lid on, I think a display contract is the only thing that'll bring enough cash in between now then. Brian Tenner's delivery sounded a little less upbeat compared with the interims, I believe he is one less inclined to candy coat things and give it straight. The CEO's presentation was the usual waffle on how great the product is, future potential etc. only no buyers, Mike. | andycapped
17/10/2019 08:27 | Don't think Bones is the only one. At least he's eloquent, and tells an interesting story, although I resent being called an idiot.Think the problem with nano is not that they have a lack of contracts, but more importantly they issue no news at all.At least in the past they used to announce attendance at shows, or do high profile talks, or be represented at major seminars ... or anything! They seem to be hiding in their shell, tidying everything up within, and waiting, hopefully ...Long for more dynamism! Nothing fell of the plate for my own business | jfacwc
17/10/2019 07:41 | Bones698 seems to be the only one shorting this share here he must know something or maybe not?..Honestly I don't see many rampers here that's a bit of an exaggeration. What I do see and I think wexallbagree is a lack of new contracts and that is pressing but who knows what may get announced in the coming weeks as they enough cash to secure them through to the summer next year. | paul planet earth
17/10/2019 04:33 | Bot at least you own up to it . Sadly a lot of others are in denial and still believe things are going well here . I don't see much good news coming here and about the only thing that could save them from huge dillution and a low share price is a big deal which I just don't see them getting | bones698
16/10/2019 22:07 | Count me in as one of the idiots... | botbot1202
16/10/2019 21:44 | Last time I checked the directors were off loading not selling . The window for directors to buy is very narrow and from what we have seen here it seems they have little faith in the company prospects . It would require a substantial buy from directors to have any effect and I doubt they would risk their own money knowing that . Instead they will take bonuses and shares for free rather than risk their own money . Very quiet day from the rampers . Hardly surprising given the lack of progress and deal . There are some real idiots invested here who deserve to lose their money for being so ignorant | bones698
16/10/2019 18:35 | They did all buy including a reasonable amount by money man Tenner | bagpuss67
16/10/2019 18:21 | Director buys might paint a different picture. Or are they not allowed in case of insider knowledge? In that case, when are they allowed? | jfacwc
16/10/2019 16:55 | The mkt cap is what's worrying here . It has been ready and operational for years but only ever had one customer and that one has walked away . So no real sales or money coming in and the mkt cap is 30m plus with only 7m in the bank . Given the need they will have to raise money soon and no sales will result in big losses I can't see anyone justifying this mkt cap .I expect to see the share price halve in the run-up to December and capitulate when they raise money after that | bones698
16/10/2019 16:42 | Yet another high tech fantasy share. I'm surprised Neil Woodford didn't buy them! LOL. | papillon
16/10/2019 16:13 | Did the headline slide on the webcast really say "Financial Revew? | rogsim
16/10/2019 15:53 | Every year same story, we have improved and ready for orders. Did some take half a million home as salary? 2 months until the agm. Then another well maybe that’s it. | mrplay
16/10/2019 14:58 | They are monthly buys. But it does beg the question of where the stock is coming from.... | bagpuss67
16/10/2019 14:17 | Almost 700k sells today tells the story . Looks like this will continue its long decline back to 6p in the coming weeks . 6m won't last long ifntheybacale back and pay redundancies plus the ridiculous burn rate.tike to get out and look to come back at a later date if the ever announce a big deal or after raising money at a discount Only need to look at the chart to see where this is heading after today's news | bones698

16/10/2019 11:44 | JFACWC. You hit the nail on the head. Would be awesome for just a small light at the end of the tunnel now though.! | botbot1202
16/10/2019 11:08 | And the performance they are achieving seems to have a real edge on the current best. They will be going into discussions with the cred of having worked with a very large US Corp. The potential customers will know who it is. | bagpuss67

16/10/2019 10:11 | An ever increasing Patent portfolio, (backed by supremely intelligent staff) plus major new (and operational) infrastructure to manufacture (as well as develop) all nano materials. Constantly increasing marketplace (nothing has changed there).Nano demonstrate they have their eye on the ball of all future nanotechnological developments, so surely something will happen? | jfacwc |
