Well..... as the price seems to move when nobody has bought or sold. The price has gone down when there has been large purchases and gone up when there has been large sales.... both opposite movements and the magically we have two large expansions of positions and then the next day a 7%+ drop..... hhhmmm and you say there is no manipulation LOL... suggest you go back and read your “Shares for Dummies” book..

You called the share price right when you bought at 32p hours before it fell to 6.5p?

You don’t bully, mock or sneer?

You don’t have a clue.

I’m two years into a five year (minimum) investment and the investment case is intact from my perspective. Indeed, the vast majority of my shares are currently in profit.

And I’d never presume to call the share price.

FLIR hoped to be US partner (would be better but clearly hoped for), Ostwald Ripening an issue for QD manufacture (don't understand comment), Nokia not swedish (never said they were), Cfd do no attach voting rights you have to own shares. Called the share price right pretty well for a long time. If you are supporting a share it should be done on the basis of facts not in blind hope and repeating false statements. There is no investment case supporting Nano presently. Keep buying though it's your money to lose and you're losing.

The company has no strategy Nigel. The share price is hovering just over 10p which is the nominal. I'm more than happy to sit it out and watch. I Think you're down about 40% over the past month and sinking. Timing was the brag of the past wasn't it Nigel ? LOL

Your ad-hominem posts are getting worse. Three in a row.

I believe the major holders (and directors) are buying because they see an opportunity. It’s utter drivel to suggest anyone would buy for any other reason and anyone saying anything else is the zero credibility fantasist.

I expect you’re trying your usual bully boy worrying tactics in the hope of executing an opportunistic short term trade because you don’t have the means or the patience nor indeed the knowledge, courage and conviction necessary to buy and hold whilst the company executes its strategy.

You have been shown repeatedly to be a zero credibility fantasist but persist (and persist and persist).

I have said that I suspect they are lending support in lieu of a deal to participate in an upcoming fund raising.

“The PEARLS project is funded by Germany’s Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF). Its multi-disciplinary engineering team is aiming to take a silicon-based electro-photonic chip platform – which offers monolithic integration of electronics and photonics as already proven in the ADVA-led SPEED project – and extend it to incorporate a third key element: Nanotechnology lasers will be added to the chip, saving space and reducing energy consumption compared to off-chip approaches. This will be achieved with quantum dots just a few nanometers in size. Able to withstand extreme temperatures, they facilitate wafer-scale integration without the need for a thermo-electric cooler or a hermetic package.”

Mock, sneer and probe all you like but you can’t explain why the two biggest holders have been buying.

Nigel - im the one holding money in the bank (less than i would have hoped for given the amount of time spend trading this share but hey ho). You on the other hand have nothing but a vague hope and no cash. I was and am cynical of Nanoco and got caught out by the speed the contract was terminated - that makes me foolish and you a genius? LOL. You must be holding around 300k shares now (or is that fantasy as with the rest of your postings). Bored.

Interesting video at the bottom

(Howl01 you may mock but I’m the one who bought at the all time low of 6.75p and you’re the one who bought and then ramped the shares at 32p just a few hours before they collapsed.)

Ha ha nonsense - coming from someone that apparently doesn't know something but knows that someone else knows something that no one knows. Just get drunk and sit in the street with your pockets out - there's easier and quicker ways to be fleeced.

The share price reflects what the market thinks the company is worth and is not manipulated. It's merely reduced because sales have not materialised when expected. The only question today is whether or not the price today represents value. I think it does since the technology is now being adopted and the IP portfolio is huge. Clearly, LOAM and Giffiths, the two largest stock holders, agree with me.

My position is not relevant to the investment case, neither are accusations made against VW. Nonetheless, it's true I reduced my losses by buying heavily at 6.75p. So far that has proven to be a shrewd, clear-headed move given the current price and I am pleased to see the major holders buying heavily recently at almost double what I paid.

What utter nonsense! The aggregate amount of stock they own keeps rising and there's no indication of either LOAM or Griffiths selling small volumes or manipulating anything.

£127,000 of transactions today. It's chickenfeed. Do you honestly suppose that there are secret little men in dark suits trying to manipulate meaningful profits all the time?

They keep buying because they are mopping up all the stock, and then selling small volumes to manipulate the market pricing. Hopefully this is all a ploy to then make an offer/takeover. Either way, just want the shares to go up above 15p, so I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

They’ll also be a tax rebate and there’s potentially massive asset value in 750 patents. Worst case they’ll shrink back to Manchester and protect that IP with minimal overheads.

I’m still waiting, after several weeks, for someone to explain in terms that make sense why Richard Griffiths and LOAM keep buying if things are as dark as some claim.
