Yep. Just waiting for the 9th Apr interim results. Quietly pleased with the recent strength of the share price in the lead up to these interim results.

Cello C55SFS4K QLED
Cello is that rare thing, a British TV manufacturer, and the Cello C55SFS4K is its first flatscreen to use a QLED (quantum dot) LCD panel – technology hitherto championed by Samsung.

Based on this interview, the Plessey opportunity looks promising. It appears, however, that Nanoco will receive little revenue from it prior to 2020. I am looking forward to the April 9th results and guidance.

Interesting strategy! Not one I would maybe follow myself but each to their own - suppose I can see some logic there. Results pretty predictable so only (very small) likelihood of surprises but they would be on the upside. More interesting will be any forward looking statements regarding display and the US partnership. Results should give a small bump IMO.

Nope. Method is what the method is. I'm just thinking if results are gonna be a dog (as the drift in price suggests) I'd naturally rather be out before they come out. For that to happen, though, SL must be hit.

9th April. Why hope for a stop loss trigger? Surely you should sell if you believe the share price has further to fall?

Closer to 10%. Regardless, still up almost 30% since Jan 3rd Plessey press release. Can't imagine it staying on an endless upward curve without addition positive news. For context, it could stay flat for the remainder of 2019 and and still provide a return of 3X the long term return on the S&P500. What was last year's return? ~40%? I'd take those annual returns for the next 5 years and be quite happy.

A 15% share price drop in just under a month.Have those in the know already predicted the forthcoming Results, or is nano behaving, as usual, like a leaking tap?Odd, when thinking about all that nano has going for it - ongoing live partnership, Wah Hong, Merck, Dow, Plessey, etc ... to say nothing of the more recent developments in QD technology (health, clothing, glass, auto, etc ...) - all things seemingly important during the previous share price rise.

Cronyism at its finest bags. Bit of a non event as I'm not sure either incoming or outgoing add anything to the business?

Volatile? Looks to me like steady decline to low 40s. Not surprising given reliance on the mystery partner. I do hope it's not apple as I think commercial adas is a long way out for them. If we see these monitors appear this year it would be nice although it may not generate any revenue (1st sales to WH already accounted for). Other visible potential streams miles away and not a factor for the time being. Possible buy back low 40s for me.
