21/5/2017 14:32 | Afternoon folks. Very interesting delayed trades which imo sheds some light on recent strength and quite possibly will 'trigger' further demand. First 1mil - date 17 May. 40p. Worked for a session or two but has to be a buy. Second 480k - date 18 May 40.75 - A bit trickier but on balance with the share price finishing up it also looks like a buy. Someone knows sumfink. And on that insightful note have a sleepless night in anticipation of tomorrow... | boris cobaka
21/5/2017 13:18 | Looking at the chart,it doesn't seem like this gets high volume really, even when it rose to the highs back in 2012/2013. Just in case anyones watching, waiting for huge volume. | recordz
21/5/2017 12:13 | I think that's a reference to the framework agreement with Dow and kangde xin. | bagpuss67
21/5/2017 08:43 | Kuss1 could not agree more Let's hope nanoco hits the big time. Can someone share that link with dow and supplying Chinese market ? Can not find it any where . Nanoco always said at april presentation expecting royalty payment around now | firminator1
20/5/2017 13:46 | As always on this BB we have our doubters, however we also have facts and facts don't lie. We should have discussions about valid facts not ifs and maybes, after all we do want Nanoco to suceed don't we or do we? Nanoco has had its best week for a very long time this should not come as a surprise it was always going to happen. The problem is without any firm news is it sustainable? I look at the wider picture here and think it is due to the fact that Dow is now producing dots for the chinese market and this is only the tip of a very large iceberg. | trycky
19/5/2017 21:01 | I have hung in there through some tough times for that: Platform tech | bagpuss67
19/5/2017 19:58 | It's always been the same with Nano. Either it's a success or it isn't. If it is, it's the new century of tech. If it isn't, it will fade and die. I've always taken the positive view as I know of the effort and the science over some 15 years. Dow, Merck and Wah Hong are regarded as stupid or conniving by most on these boards. They aren't. The industry is going to the heavens over the next few years... Of that there is little doubt... | kuss1

19/5/2017 17:46 | I also like to look at the weekly chart since it removes some of the day to day 'noise' I could see the share price accelerate next week as a number of bullish tech signals have been generated. Looking at momentum the rsi has closed above the 50 midpoint. Remember this is on the weekly so when a change occurs it has greater significance. The last time this happened was back in June 2016. Two other momentum indicators are also flashing positive signals, the Williams% and slow stochs. Both are not yet in oversold territory. There will be a profit taking event at some point soon (hopefully) maybe even first thing Monday if no news. When it happens the extent of the dip and how quickly it recovers will give a good indication of underlying demand. Think there's a lot watching from the sidelines - fastest finger first.... 19/5/2017 17:36 | Why would you worry about there being big sells? The important thing is buying pressure is stronger than selling pressure and that the overall volume is well above average. Where there may turn out to be an acceleration in the price increase is when the seller is more reluctant and they need an inducement ie increased bid. All this without much in the way of new news - who needs an rns eh. Perhaps we saw a glimpse of the potential 'melt-up' just before the close. | boris cobaka

19/5/2017 16:29 | Ooh Err - bit of a surge in volume. Wonder if there might be news over the weekend. Looking pretty strong to me... | night terrors
19/5/2017 16:20 | wigy. I sold a few and bought them back for a couple of p cheaper. rare for me to make a profit on this! | bagpuss67
19/5/2017 14:46 | As explained at 32p, with a £70m+ market cap, it requires a sub 10% dilution to keep the ball rolling for another 12 months. It has been daft to exaggerate the likelihood NANO will be denied access to capital and not be a going concern by the end of the year. | wigwammer
19/5/2017 14:42 | I guess if there is a placing bagpuss may get a chance to buy back at his exit price. | wigwammer |
