How much did the previous CFO get paid!
How come no Directors supporting the share price with buys!
What a disappointment from leadership

What I want to know is what happened to the help, guidance and assistance the company has received from its many advisors to whom we presumably pay a fair wedge...???Clearly the previous FD was out of his depth in terms of growing the business so where was all the sage knowledge from the paid flunkies...??

Whatever happens one would expect with a new strain of Covid increasing sales for covid products from June and new lines bedding in in Boots it’s fair to say second half will be better.
So maybe the smart money tops up at these levels

Covid sales as expected declining. Nothing about trying to expand distribution channels beyond Boots.Even on Amazon there rapid test are not being sold on there.

In truth we all new Covid sales would be down but no guidance on new products!
Lack of strategy information and no news on buyback was incredible but the selling is over done as still 5m in bank is healthy

Down 32% already - Almost looks as though retreating to value of cash or below.

Only positive is 5m cash. No guidance and no new contracts.
No Directors buying
It’s a shame as they had time to negotiate new contracts so as usual shareholders been shafed

Market taking fright with slow roll out of new tests - also possibly with reduction in current revenue.

Well trading update is in. Cash balances as at 30 June 2023 remain healthy at £5.0m (FY 2022: £7.6m). So only 1/3 of cash burnt through, which probably means they have around a year to start trading again . No positive information of sales of new products so these are presumably sick ?

If they gave a dividend that would be good but even better buy a good company in debt and distressed with compatible products and technology to continue growing.
Everyone expects a slowdown in Covid products however tests are selling fast lately due to a surge in Covid and vaccinations wearing off. However a positive update on new and existing contracts and products will be what investors are looking for.
Interestingly interest rates rose again but given our financial position I think MHC is well placed to capitalise and how whilst others struggle to refinance.
Definitely a company to watch.
B2B2C could also prove a success.
Interesting weeks ahead.
7.6m in the Bank, debt free over 21 products on sale. Free advertising from Boots. NHS struggling so and GP surgery’s struggling to see patients!.
The opportunity for growth has never been stronger.,
Penny get the news flowing and become a leader in wellbeing.
Good luck all
