CFO could have left for personal reasons as well. More interestingly MHC have 3 new products on their website. Hopefully will be on Boots website soon.Also noticed they are advertising on social media sites FB.

atlantic57. Such a short period of time suggests he may have been pushed - The company are required by AIM regulation to announce all market significant news as soon as possible - IE;- Next day or sooner.

Regulation requirement not PR communications.

Now real question is "Why" Could be possibly anything - Perm any one from a hundred -

I don’t think it implies there’s a weak cash flow!. I do worry about the timing but I also feel less revenue from Covid products may impact revenue. Moving forward however MHC has the opportunity to grow its products and sales in the new lines.
We were always a wellness company so let’s remember that. Covid was a financial blessing for MHC so moving forward is what I want to have information on.
Strange not to drop results but the market hasn’t yet reacted negatively so maybe the bottoms in

Telling the market that a senior executive is leaving the company in a matter of days is very poor communication .

No company drops such a senior exec with such short notice, without reason . The eulogy states mentions strong cash flow, implying it isnt , and they didnt know till now ?

You would guess the results would be put out today if you wanted to reassure share holders. Just maybe it’s a routine change but I’m surprised at the timing.

Two months!
It’s long enough to give us an insight to the early signs. Yes it will take time for people to understand the benefits of testing but it’s definitely the future I think.
Doctors will refer patients soon. The wheels are on motion thanks to the wales deal.B2B2C

The news in July last 2 years has been in trading update formThe contract with Boots for the new products has only been in place for 2 months so it's early days for sales. This is going to take time to gain traction, hopefully with a large push in the form of some kind of promotion to help boost sales
