I don't believe its going bust. Quite the opposite with all the sales. Rise in revenue and profit plus cash in bank.

I agree and I said the same at the time, HOWEVER it is also the case that investors have little to no interest in companies with, in this case, 700m plus shares in circulation. Heads I you win, tails I lose....Had to happen at some point....

We need to get back 25p which was at consolidation price.

I said at the time that consolidation is the death of the share price Nit the company but the share price Overwhelming majority of the times consolidation kills off the share price of companies.

It will be a lot more. I’m saying that based on surge in Covid tests to date and continuing.
Spreads narrowed and price moving quickly today. It’s definitely in buy mode and British Bulls has issued a buy signal so hopefully it continues.

If end of year cash comes in at £8m, then well undervalued.

This will now go up purely on rumours and for no other reason. These are better than rises on hard core facts such as rising cash and profits.

I hope this goes up to 60p for no reason.

I agree the wording was interesting and maybe they are already aware of interest in the company and preparing for an offer

Interesting listen regarding Covid. One thing is clear is people are willing to depart with their cash for tests so it’s reasonable to assume they can convince people to buy the expanded portfolio with smart marketing.

Also I looked back at previous updates regarding options and the wording is much different in this one which leads me to conclude they could be very aware of the vulnerability to a take over. This would account for the lack of updates cash position figure. Any takeover would highlight the financial strength of MHC and true value of its current contracts with Boots and Lloyds.
Also please note that considering it’s financial position which is substantially more than 5m in Junes update I’d say it’s fair to say the current vale is a fraction of true potential. Just imagine our cash position is probably 8m alone with 3m months covid tenure since June with 1.7m current paid for stock. Over 20 new products in over 800 stores.
So what is a fair value and premium for a suitor to pay.
Given we are actually in a rapid growth faze in an area which has made the potential consumer more conscious about wellness highlighted by Covid it fair to value it at many times today’s share price.
Remember health is wealth and the future is wellbeing. Oh we forgot the digital platform MHC is growing and the importance of the Welsh agreement.
No Director buys is disappointing but equally a signal they can’t because they may be party to price sensitive information like a takeover or reverse takeover as eluded to in the RNS yesterday.
I have recently bought back in despite saying I would wait for Directors to buy because I see value and prepared to wait for it to be extracted

Should have read 2.5m not 25m.
Can anyone confirm whether the 1.7m spent included the purchase of Covid tests or just the new tests. Reason being if the Covid test’s currently flying off the shelf are included then imagine the figure in December if all these are being turned into profits.
That’s 3 months of solid Covid sales and looking at the sales in Boots it’s going up every day.

The share price is 100% way undervalued on any metric.
I would argue whilst they had a blip on results of 25m turnover compared to previous year it was anticipated. Also the company has reinvested and on a Roche metric it bodes well for future returns due to the 20 or more products each able to bring in revenue. Also 1.7m paid for tests to be turned into pure profit.
This wasn’t explained in the previous update that spooked the market and caused a 50% sell off. It was only explained in the more recent results.
So based on this and fact we’ve seen a huge uptick in Covid sales it’s way undervalued and it’s reasonable to estimate we should be around 20p on a conservative basis

Yes they could double their money at least very quickly and not wait years to convert the options

Makes sense why they've bashed the share price so friends cousin brothers and uncles can buy it on the cheap

In the RNS today regarding share options they mention in the case of a bid for the company or reverse takeover the options will vest immediately
It appears they are assuming if the share price stays at this level an offer for the company is a certainty as do I as vastly undervalued

Finally today the figures from Amazon sales show an increase up to 80k viewing monthly so expect that to say 80K buying monthly from next week which is usually the pattern.
From to 2k to 80k in 3 months.
This bodes well for MHC and Boots/Lloyds if the increase is of the same proportion which looks likely based on Boots daily traffic.
Also I asked the question at the investor meeting do MHC supply Flow flex test on Amazon but never got an answer.
Does anyone actually know the answer to this given they have other tests on Amazon.
If not why not!

This is exactly why MHC will flourish.
The NHS is in a mess for Covid treatment and the only way to protect loved and vulnerable ones is testing and prevention.
This is not just Covid testing for now but future virus diseases.
Do the government or should the government have a duty of care to help protect the public from Covid spreading or outbreaks!
They don’t even promote masks and testing!.

I guess the likes of Glaxo and Astra make to much money from the drug’s market so the government are happy to do nothing

I like you am frustrated by the performance of MHCs share price however are we venting our frustration prematurely!
Positives
No debt, 1.7m stock paid for!. Delivered over 20 products some new and manufactured by MHC. Growth potential is incredible. Most important has the potential to be a huge market disrupter with its digital platform which could lead to a change in Doctors and GPs using it which could help the NHS save millions!. Reoccurring revenue from Covid rest annually and seasonal maybe!
Negatives
No Dividend and earnings forecasts.
No Directors buying recently.
No guidance.
Costs to educate and change public awareness of wellness testing!

That said Warren Buffett always looks for a company with a strong balance sheet and debt free is a bonus in a high interest environment.
hxxps://simplywall.st/stocks/gb/capital-goods/lse-rr./rolls-royce-holdings-shares
Look at Rolls Royce who have amassed a huge crazy amount of debts however the share price increases four fold nearly from lows.
Mode share’s rocket on news it’s now a shell company.
PYC up 200% on £125,000 contract.
The market has chosen to choke off MHC by not focusing on the fundamentals and continuing growth and market disrupting ability in the future.
They backed Tesla in the early stages because it was a market disrupter!
They backed Amazon amazing because it’s grown at the expense of the high street and environment with all those millions of parcels delivered daily.
They could eventually realise that Covid has changed the demographics and dynamics of how people take control of their lives and well being.
The markets may choose to back the reality its a growth sector with huge potential.
I truly feel MHC will blow results out of the water by the end of the year. I’m not looking for it to beat last year but Will surprise on the upside from last updated figures. None of the surge in Covid revenue has been factored in. Americans are beginning to worry about the rise in Covid and studies have proven Long Covid damages organs so MHC will flourish in this environment if worry.
Whilst building a brand of unique tests that are on sales to the public to improve and protect their health.
We were able to change people from using plastic bags but can the world change wellness habits.

Here’s one for you. The government recently stated it intends to get people on disability benefits back to work.
Imagine LFT tests to determine if a person on drugs is actually taking them regularly to determine if they are genuine or not. My point being many get prescribed drugs and actually don’t take them but they have to get them to help their claim for disability. I’m not saying everyone but how many and simple tests could prove this. Landfill would have less out of drugs and NHS save millions lol.
Anyway let’s see what MHC does to enhance its awareness.
They are definitely reinventing capital for for future profits.
I’m still waiting for Directors to buy and I’ll average down but looking for a positive signal and that strategy may cost me to miss any large increase but I’m happy to miss the first jump to confirm a turnaround.
I’m also happy to say MHC could deliver serious results and returns for new investors.
Penny it’s time to put your personal money in a show us the way!
