22/9/2023 10:59 | Very different yes Tia. I'm making the same point as I've always done like broken record. Increasing revenue and cash and the share price gets battered. The same thing will happen to mhc....increasing revenue and cash but share price will be battered. Actually share price is battered | spacedust
22/9/2023 10:12 | Tly and MHC are different TLy rely on NHS and MHC rely on public. MHC in a growth area of wellness. More transparency and Director buys and MHC flys | tia01
22/9/2023 08:59 | Mhc same fate coming | spacedust
22/9/2023 08:58 | TLY paying divi for yrs yet share price down Year revenue, cash, 2016 £4m, £1m, 2017 £21m, £11.3m 2018 £42m, £10.2m, 2019 £78m, £7.5m, 2020 £105m, £8.5m 2021 £113M, £14.8m 2022 £127m, £15.3m | spacedust
22/9/2023 08:20 | I too was disappointed at the lack of financial information on this front however, they didn't have to so, get over it ... | control1
21/9/2023 23:47 | Pavey One positive is we an are selling combined tests online between 5pks,25pks and 2pks of over 2000 tests per day and with over 2000 stores around the country I guess money is flowing in!. Then there’s Lloyds contract! So why did they miss the opportunity to keep us updated on current sales. Remember in September last year I believe they were quick to let us know they had dispatched 6m tests post results date. Why not this time? | tia01
21/9/2023 23:27 | I hope you realise Adam Reynolds has took a lot out in salary and options like the rest of the gang. Explain why the failed to indicate the figures of Covid tests sold between June and September!!!!. Explain why in Junes update the literally put a negative spin on Covid revenue stopping them from seeing any reason to believe the second half would help full years figures. Then look at what happened at yourgene and realise who’s on our board and you’ll get picture. Finally ask yourself why Penny hasn’t put her hand in her purse! | tia01
21/9/2023 20:50 | First point is that these were H1 results.....not Q3 !!! We were told that they had stocked up on Covid tests and could get more but were confident that they could meet any supply obligations. Then we were told about the increase in infections : "Post-period end we have seen increased demand for COVID testing as we move towards the winter season, and the Eris and Pirola strains are in the news. We remain well-placed to provide a reliable and effective supply chain at large volumes to retail." then "... well-placed to meet post-period uplifts that are arising due to immunity waning, new strains appearing, and winter/flu season impacting." then "Post-period we have seen an uplift in the demand for COVID lateral flow tests, and as outlined our stock investment means that we are well placed to service the market. Signs indicate that COVID may become seasonal like flu, and there may be a cyclical market emerging based on infection rates, for which MyHealthChecked is well placed to serve." As I said previously, I have noted all of the above, the cash position, the net (very real) asset value and the potential in the wellness kits ......so I bought !!! I hope you realise that comments like "This concludes me to think they are happy to crash the price at the expense of current shareholders so they can buy in on the cheap" .....puts you in a very special category. Edit: the chairman , Adam Reynolds, has spent £115k buying shares and is considerably under water with his purchases. | pavey ark
21/9/2023 17:50 | hxxps://www.amazon.c As I said last week we have now moved up to 70k worth of tests being sold monthly on Amazon from 2k a month in June. That definitely signals the Covid Virus is growing and bringing in more revenues than We imagine and still growing. I still am in disbelief they didn’t give any indication of current Covid sales but happy to give sales for May and June for new tests. Totally irresponsible and they know had they given current revenue from covid tests it would have provided stability and sent a positive note to the market. This concludes me to think they are happy to crash the price at the expense of current shareholders so they can buy in on the cheap | tia01
20/9/2023 21:46 | The Uk will continue to make people pay. The government is broke. | tia01
20/9/2023 20:43 | @CNBC The Biden administration on Wednesday said it will resume offering free at-home Covid tests to American households on Monday as the virus gains a stronger foothold nationwide. Americans will soon be able to use COVIDTests.gov to request four free tests, the administration said in a release. The government had offered free test kits through that website since January 2022, but the site stopped taking orders on June 1 to conserve supplies of the tests. The government is relaunching the program in time for the fall and winter, when the virus typically spreads at higher levels. Covid hospitalizations have already increased for eight straight weeks — an uptick primarily driven by newer strains of the virus. But the Biden administration noted that the at-home tests set to be delivered will detect currently circulating Covid variants. | adobbing
20/9/2023 16:34 | Sorry to be such a pessimistic dik. But this is the small tick up before the next decline. I do sincerely hope I'm wrong. 60p to break even. Someone please shoot me. | spacedust
20/9/2023 15:53 | Interesting to see if it holds going into close. No big buys this afternoon. Still nice to see a rise all be it on thin ice | tia01
20/9/2023 14:34 | Live update from the offices of MHC: "The coffee is getting low....news just in of a big purchase at Boots Aberdeen....then Brighton.....weather so-so here....oh look another testing kit sold ....we can't get any real work done here but we know that some anxious shareholders do like having their hand held while we make soothing noises. The real work has stopped today while we put out a new set of results with coloured bullet points and an audio of cartoon characters reading out the best bits." OR ....the results were fine /good....Covid is on the up and we have loaded up with covid kits and we can supply more if required. The wellness tests kits ? .....very early days but we have a robust (essential!) data protection scheme in place (a fair bit of cash went on this) and we have regulatory approval which is a very big deal. We are working on the publicity side but it all takes time to raise public awareness .....the market is there and it's big so we are very hopeful. Just in case some of our shareholders don't know.....we are legally bound to disclose ANY SIGNIFICANT financial information. | pavey ark
20/9/2023 13:54 | Spacedust Some times it feel like the Directors are taking share holders as the Divis lol. Warren Buffett says better to miss the first 20-30% to be certain it’s for real. Many shares have bounced only to fall back. As I said great company with massive potential but board are playing games. No figures on Covid Revenue between July and August. No current balance of cash in bank! No transparency. No RNS about Directors buying so I will wait and see if it’s a dead cat bounce or real bottom. There’s been a few of them in MHC but this was definitely oversold but come on Penny give the Market something to demonstrate your share options | tia01

20/9/2023 13:10 | What is the point in doing share buybacks for a company like mhc? Divi would be much better. | spacedust
20/9/2023 11:17 | No mention of buy back unless I missed it making a cuppa | tia01
20/9/2023 10:39 | Did they say they would do a share buy back ? Could it be that people have watched the presentation.....rea | pavey ark
20/9/2023 10:11 | Looks to my like share buy back this morning | billy3
20/9/2023 10:07 | The few sellers yesterday must be left scratching their heads. As I said waiting for a RNS confirming Directors buys but either way on fundamentals it’s over sold with a Rsi of sun 20 yesterday. My average is way higher but happy for the rise. Every little helps as Tesco says | tia01
20/9/2023 08:57 | The share price has fallen because people weren't buying....the share price today is up .....now let me see what could be the reason for that ?? I see that the CEO was given options over 10m shares last October to vest over three years at an exercise price at the time 24p (consolidated). Perhaps she is confident she can cash them in at a higher price than 24p ?? If MHC crashes and burns (doubtful outcome) the CEO will not easily walk into a similar position ......she has more than the price of a few million shares at stake here. I almost stumbled back in here when the price fell and the very excellent results came out yesterday so I bought two lots and happy to hold. | pavey ark
20/9/2023 08:43 | I have emailed ADVFN to get their house in order and update the financials here. I'm not too confident they will, but you never know. We'll see!! | soc3 |
