If they gave a dividend that would be good but even better buy a good company in debt and distressed with compatible products and technology to continue growing.
Everyone expects a slowdown in Covid products however tests are selling fast lately due to a surge in Covid and vaccinations wearing off. However a positive update on new and existing contracts and products will be what investors are looking for.
Interestingly interest rates rose again but given our financial position I think MHC is well placed to capitalise and how whilst others struggle to refinance.
Definitely a company to watch.
B2B2C could also prove a success.
Interesting weeks ahead.
7.6m in the Bank, debt free over 21 products on sale. Free advertising from Boots. NHS struggling so and GP surgery’s struggling to see patients!.
The opportunity for growth has never been stronger.,
Penny get the news flowing and become a leader in wellbeing.
Good luck all

Is the long awaited news imminent. Not expecting much from the figures but hoping they have new deals line up - maybe a supermarket or even better NHS or bupa that will boost the share price..

I think that the clue is in the wording of the RNS as under....In Lesley we have a highly skilled qualified accountant with significant PLC experience who will provide financial leadership moving forward"Maybe casting asparagus but you can read between the lines and maybe come up with 5.....

Whether the update is good or bad it’s important you deliver as confidence is everything. Strange in my eyes

The ex finance director must have messed up something. On the positive side the rapid test on boots site seem to be selling well plus Covid test. Also the 3 new test on MHC website recently added.Hopefully Penny is working on a deal or two.

The thing is if we never had Covid revenue to get us where we are without the need for any extra funding how many would have supported a fund raise.🤔
That’s why we should be more patient and understanding in an early stage growing company in a new market.
Think of Tesla and Amazon and remember things take time

I think you’re forgetting the recent from Amazon and new products and on going sales of Covid products.
Also remember any news suggesting forward guidance on new products could create a frenzy.
Also note resolutions were passed to allow Mhc to buyback 10% of shares and also issue a dividend!.
Self funded expansion which suggests no added shares needed or further funding.
No debts or interest on loans to pay.
In a growing sector.
Reinvesting capital to grow the business with minimal advertising costs.
It could be well well undervalued but all subject to figures up to July and forward guidance.
Was or would anyone have been brave enough to buy before results given CFO departure!
It’s a tough call to predict results Monday but definitely keeping investors speculating.
Good luck all investors and sincerely Penny has a positive surprise for us given she’s mentioned creating shareholder value many times. If the shares rose as many times as she’s mentioned shareholders value we will be a 10 bagger lol

Quick back of a fax packet down and dirty -
Interest rates have gone up very significantly - but they ought to have been able to have improved on the BlackRock institutional fund rate now about 4.6% Figures below are guesses as to cash burn with NO allowance for revenue from 1st January so that need to be added to January cash = Any estimates??
The figures below are annualised guesses to suggest that there could well be significant interest income subject to burn rates to date and current fy revenue.
Cash and cash equivalents at 31st Dec £7,600,000
Less admin and marketing say -£2,500,000
Stock build say -£2,000,000
Contingency say -£1,000,000
Cash balance at interest average say £2,100,000

So possible interest revenue at 4.5% average say in region of £94,000 subject to cash balance but if burn low could be significantly higher subject to bank rate until 31st Jan.

OK Maybe on on the high side as bank rates only moved as below

Date Changed Rate
22 Jun 23 5.00
11 May 23 4.50
23 Mar 23 4.25
02 Feb 23 4.00
15 Dec 22 3.50

ADVFN really need to update the financials here, not very professional from a supposedly reputable financial services company. The Market Cap here is roughly £7.5 million and 52 million shares in issue. There are quite a number of lazy retail investors who would only quickly check the financials on ADVFN before making a decision to invest or not. A lot of retail investors also quickly look for companies under 10 million market cap as a filter. So come on ADVFN sort your side out.
