19/9/2023 22:46 | Based on 15% -20% profit per test I meant. Covid has 100% given Mhc the a strong balance sheet despite the EBITDA today 5m in bank alone 5m divided in 52m shares = 0.096p per share 8m divided into 52m shares = 15.38p per share If they packed in tomorrow cash alone is worth more than share valuation today. That’s an amazing positive risk reward when they declared they have 1.7m spent on current stock waiting to be sold for pure profits. What an amazing situation really but they never conveyed it correctly and missed the vital figure of sales from June until now with Covid revenue. Quick to let us know about £122,000!wellness revenue. From May and June. Sorry presentation was designed to collapse price to launch a buyback cheap or Directors buy shed loads cheaper by spooking the market. After doing my own calculations I will actually monitor things with a view to buying back in. Not sure if I’ll get Spacedust price but a bonus if I could | tia01
19/9/2023 22:19 | At 5m in bank at 5% interest = £250,000 At 8m in bank at 5% interest = £400,000 Easy to see an extra 3m since June based on either 15% or 20% profit margin per share. It could easily be much higher to be honest but they kept us in suspense today and never told us | tia01
19/9/2023 22:10 | Then we must remember Lloyds sales! Why would they not give a current update on this! Strange behaviour for Directors as it’s basic . It’s clear they want to collapse the share price to buy in dirt cheap as what happened at yourgene. I hope the share rockets and their plans don’t work out but some how I think that won’t happen unless some big buyers are brave enough to do the math since June | tia01
19/9/2023 21:58 | Let’s say 20 pks of 5 sell in each of the the 2000 stores! 2,000 x 20ps x 5pk X 7days = 1,400,000 X 40p profit per test which sell instore for £10,00 I believe. 1.4 tests per week x 40p profit per test = ££560,000 per week At 15% it would be £430,000 profit based on 1.4m tests selling combined 5pks ,25pk and 2pks etc. Then you have online sales! Do We sell on Amazon. I asked the question today but no answer. Either way it’s some serious revenue over the Last 3 months! Getting 4.75% interest in the Bank they said I the meeting so I personally see at least 4m extra in revenue since June. So didn’t they give up to date cash balance. I wouldn’t be surprised if a takeover in the making and they know this would alert potential suitors | tia01
19/9/2023 21:24 | Pug ugly they're profitable and have been otherwise there would never be talk of buybacks or divi payments If anyone shorted this share they've made a packet. I've concluded that I've lost my entire investment here months ago as I see the share price drift and linger. It'll go up and bit here and there but then drift back. Mhc has the same fate as TLY. Who will get to 2p first is anyones guess. | spacedust
19/9/2023 21:12 | She did say the profit margin on Covid tests were between 15% and 20% so depending how many millions you think they’ve sold since June it’s not difficult to work out revenue. Greedy Directors didn’t even mention a buyback keeping the money for there bonuses greedy fcuckers | tia01
19/9/2023 21:05 | Spacedust I would have laughed at you yesterday but nothing surprises me anymore. I do think it’s over done on fundamentals and would hope for a turnaround soon. Capita in bank and continuing revenue is good so a positive on that front. 10% down on low volume. I’m not adding until Directors do so probably never on that basis | tia01
19/9/2023 19:48 | Turnover is vanity - Profit is sanity - We are still waiting to see if profitable this year - If yes - Then will rocket - if not, will be shot down like a Chinese "weather" balloon. Was unable to get a gut feel either way from the presentation but possibly to the loss side. | pugugly
19/9/2023 19:47 | So I was r8ght she just said everything we already know. Tia it'll go to 2p maybe 1.9p and then it'll jump a mas8ve 100% to around 4p area and everyone will start celebrsting. Only for it to drift back. I've seen this with many companies which are brilliant. | spacedust
19/9/2023 19:40 | Weatherman On paper and in this environment MHC should be treble todays share price when stocks like mode a shell company with no real earnings and loss making rocket 6 to 7 times lows in a few months. It’s a shambles and the market don’t don’t reward prudent debt free companies anymore. It’s like a credit card. You need more debt to get a batter credit rating. This is the foundation the stock market loves. Only 52m million shares. £8,000 sold and £4,000 bought and 10% drop. RSI of just 20 Well oversold by all metrics but wouldn’t be surprised anymore what you wake up to. 20-30% rise or fall. Honestly you get a better chance of winning on a scratch card at the moment. It will bounce but when and from what low. The market have overlooked all the good work at MHC and you wonder if the only hope is a buyout | tia01
19/9/2023 19:32 | weatherman:- ADVFN already advised on Adven problems Epic HELP but would be a help if further mentions made. | pugugly
19/9/2023 19:08 | The market cap above is wildly in error - does anyone know how to get ADVFN to fix it? Trading well below expected cash at year end if all those covid tests are being sold. | weatherman
19/9/2023 18:19 | Sorry but someone said Directors shouldn’t buy incase they lose their jobs! Sorry but markets usually take a Liking to Directors buy because it’s a good indicator to whether they believe the share is undervalued or whether they have faith in the company. At all time lows and no buys!. Taking huge salaries! Sorry buying a few million would help | tia01
19/9/2023 18:00 | What did he say about share price. Did he indicate he would be buying! | tia01
19/9/2023 17:58 | A good presentation. Penny remains positive. My main takeaways: 1) The decrease in the cash position related to increased inventory and not cash burn. 2) Some visibility on sales figures for new products. £122k revenue from late May launch to end June. Effectively one month. 3) MHC will begin sales forecasting next year. 4) Adam Reynolds alluded to the poor share price. | relliott10
19/9/2023 17:30 | £8,0000 worth of shares sold £4,000. Worth bought. 10% drop! Crazy share price on low volume but in honesty the markets just hate the company and no saying where it ends. Could jump 30% or fall 30%. Has all the potential and in an extraordinary healthy financial position but unless we get a catalyst to buy shares you can’t predict it. Shares in shell companies valued better than this at the moment but I personally feel we will see a huge rise a some point unexpectedly but at what point!. I should of bailed ages ago but like many think I’m stuck in this until the ship sinks or rockets are ignited but I won’t add until Directors do | tia01
19/9/2023 16:22 | Spacedust You’re 100% correct and that’s why the country is in the Sh-t. Stock market creates a falls economy and crashes good companies and promotes in debit ones like Rolls Royce in billions of Debt etc. It’s a casino but MHC has all the makings to be top growth stock but No analysts to support the strategy. If we are going threw a new wave of Covid and your sitting at a all time low then time to give up | tia01
19/9/2023 15:14 | Everything you look for in a company is there. So can't have got it wrong. If MMs don't like a share then you're screwed even if the company makes billions of dollars in profit. | spacedust
19/9/2023 15:09 | Just back home to see that the share price has been trashed by one £4k sale !!! As I said , I don't have a large holding but even though my average is c. 15p I am obviously showing a loss. Haven't paid much attention recently but today's results certainly caught my eye. 1. The Quick ratio is over 5. 2. the cash is well above the market cap and rising. 3. the costs seem well under control. 4. the high stock level is rapidly being turned into cash with a profit on top. 5. the Covid tests aren't in terminal decline and could form a cyclical base. 6. the new home tests have just been launched and could not have contributed to these figures. "you pays your money you takes your chance" but best to simply admit you got it wrong if things don't go well. | pavey ark
19/9/2023 14:39 | If she doesn't my 1p area prediction could come.close. What was the price pre consolidation high without us having jack schmittt? This is how u destroy a share. | spacedust
19/9/2023 14:27 | Looking weak ahead of the presentation - She will will need to pull the proverbial rabbit out of her hat. | pugugly
19/9/2023 12:15 | She will say and repeat the rns and drivel on and on. Don't expect it to last 20mins or ao | spacedust
19/9/2023 11:19 | Presentation today on Investor Meet ....interesting time of 4.30pm ....after the markets are closed ....?? | pavey ark
19/9/2023 09:52 | I bought more having sold into spike. Never had many here but people need to take a close look at these figures and the prospects. If I were in a senior position in a company I would not buy ANY shares. If things don't go well these people will be out of a job so they would be rather foolish to increase the downside risk. | pavey ark |
