11/5/2023 08:07 | I think she’s also preparing the transition from Covid revenue to wellness testing. Covid revenue with almost certainly decline but with 21! Tests coming I expect revenue to grow. Also the B to B side could flourish | ![]() tia01
11/5/2023 07:50 | "As announced earlier in the week, we are at an advanced stage of negotiation with a key retail partner, and we look forward to supporting their commercial strategy to meet their customers' needs for at-home testing. We will update shareholders in due course." Message received (possibly) Still a lot of details to be worked out - Possibly impacting our margins and workflow. | ![]() pugugly

09/5/2023 17:29 | The deal is done with BootsYou don't add a product range and prices for nothing. All that is left is popping the champagne and cutting the ribbon to announce the formal agreement. | dual
09/5/2023 17:11 | The thing is we all know the price of the products also and they seemed Competitive to me | ![]() tia01
09/5/2023 17:11 | Clearly the deal is not signed off by the legals yet but, must be close... | ![]() control1
09/5/2023 16:45 | theyve been removed I think .. | ![]() keithadaz
09/5/2023 16:08 | Do you think boots would put the products on their website if the deals not done. The fact they initiated the website to be updated is a fact they know the deals over the line. Penny was probably hoping to buy the 10% back cheaper as previous Januarys RNS. Penny hasn’t made a mistake and leaked information but boots have dropped the clanger by updating the site. | ![]() tia01
09/5/2023 15:22 | Well if boots are selling them then there's no rumour. It's like saying boots sell Night nurse it's on their shelves. There's not rumours it's a fact. | ![]() spacedust
09/5/2023 13:35 | Tia01. If deal done then rns not true. Penny would not have put deceptive rns. | ![]() pugugly
09/5/2023 13:27 | Penny always said about client confidentiality but ain’t had the same approach so RNS means nothing but fuels the fire lol. On the site then clearly the deals done. Onwards to Lloyds | ![]() tia01
09/5/2023 10:55 | True, but the sale of Boots has been up in the air for a long time, the sale fell through last year...Highly unlikely that this would have any impact on deals over what lines of stock Boots hold ... | ![]() control1
09/5/2023 10:42 | If its on boots website isn't that dead obvious the rumours are true. Its done | ![]() spacedust
09/5/2023 10:26 | Pugugly…… It’s not the first time comment has been made by MHC re BB comments. | ![]() billy3
09/5/2023 10:12 | Seems pretty clear. In advance negotiations but does not signed yet. Clearly someone in Boots made a bit of a boo boo and no doubt had a bit of a telling off this morning. Products disappeared pretty sharpish. None the less, nice to see Boots getting ready. | ![]() billy3
09/5/2023 10:08 | Billy3> rns confirms (imo) that Penny McCormick or one of her team follow this thread or maybe one of the other peoples one so are probably aware of PI's views. | ![]() pugugly
09/5/2023 09:26 | Yes they stated negotiations at advanced stage so really positive | ![]() oliversydney
09/5/2023 09:21 | Hope the rumours take it above 5p. The fact the rns didn't deny it outright means the rumours are correct. Rise | ![]() spacedust
09/5/2023 09:15 | Oh dear - Last paragraph possibly a negative. Also press comments re Boots itself not clear (to me at least) as to whether Boots still up for sale. If so current management might be holding fire until future of Boots clear. However UK Gov and NHS appear to be suggesting more involved role for chemists as first point of call for minor health problems - Potentially good for MHC. But how is this to be funded. All as clear as a good old (late 1940's) London smog. | ![]() pugugly
