"Accordingly, upon the Consolidation Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 52,005,932 Consolidated Ordinary Shares each with one voting right."

So, 52 million shares at current 26p = Market cap of £13.5m.

Cash of over £7m. Make this very cheap on the back of Today's news.

As expected it’s dropped back.

Understandably, many will have been underwater and taking the opportunity to get out now. Good timing would have doubled their money from 1p to just under 2p old money.

Hopefully now we will see some press coverage and get some more long term investors on board

Let’s not underestimate how big a deal it is to get on to Boots shelves with so many new products.

I ordered one of the new tests myself on Monday for me to try. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Great news indeed. Could have sold at 29p this morning. I’m holding longer term.

I did not the number of stores it is launching in so looks like a gradual roll out.

The Boots deal agreed and finalised. "Fill your Boots Guys". Lets hope we see some reaction in share price. my guess up 12% by close of play today.

I 100% agree the companies in a sound place and the futures bright but Penny has to Delion deals and not sit back. I fully understand Boots would want to conduct many other tests to ensure they pass any struck testing however we need to demonstrate current revenue is holding up whilst we introduce revenue streams.
My concern given we are out of closed period is why ain’t Directors buying!. A party to sensitive news could be one explanation!.
Many companies in a terrible financial position jumping 20%, 30% etc in a day whilst we just tick along.
Something special needed to convince news money and if this happens given only 52m shares in circulation we could prove one of the biggest growth stories in years given new products and debt free whilst interest rates are rising all around. On the shelves in our face with low advertising cost is a bonus. Many avenues and doors to be opened but Penny holds the keys

Well Tia01 what you say is valid re: deals, but Penny doesn't have to do anything more than she's already doing. The company is financially sound, the market her company serves is relatively new and growing, shares on issue are now a realistic number, the futures bright, the futures orange to borrow a phrase. The products don't have to be in shelves as a measure of success, MHC are an online focused company (I would speculate).

eComm, Pick, Pack, Post is the low cost way to get product into the hands of customers. I would really like to get visibility of the MHC Amazon Seller Account metrics, that would be very insightful. That said, if I was MHC that is a card I would be keeping very close to my chest!! Referral sales from GPs are another 'golden channel' to get revenue from, now shares on issue are no longer at a stupid amount the share is marketable to Funds. Which ones etc = value to the share price in the long term. No Debt - thats a huge win too.

What are current sales? What are sales forecasts from MHC Sales Director? What is the burn rate on digital marketing please MHC Digital Marketing Director?

These are the questions we should asking the company.
