The question is, who dumped close to 12m shares (in old money) this morning, and why....?There are always those who know things ahead of the rest of us mere mortals...This is a prime example of the vulnerability of consolidation...

So so strange.
Lost a third of its price in two weeks!

The thing is we still have Covid revenue all be it you’d expect a slowdown but on the other hand you expect new revenues from the 21 products now available to compensate so the sell off has no merit or justification. This should rally be above 40p not struggling but it is what it is I guess

Unbelievable but very believable. Happens to many good stocks.

Some have huge debts no revenue and are valued in the billions

It’s painful watching the fall after such a good strong run on good news. Most if not all gains from good news regarding Boots given up. Well well well still no Directors buying despite huge wages they take is disappointing.

Below 20p then 15p then 10p at this rate. The better the news the worse the share price will get.

hxxps://simplywall.st/stocks/gb/healthcare/aim-mhc/myhealthchecked-shares/news/myhealthchecked-lonmhc-could-become-a-multi-bagger/amp

My advice is follow simply Wall Street to understand the metrics of valuing a company over years.
No one can tell you 100% when a company multi bags or if sudden bad news will pop up but using metrics and predictions of a companies performance over past years helps along with current financial position.
I’m at lady Mike beach today in Cyprus relaxing. Hope everyone else does the same.
Blessings from Cyprus

Great text book response but keep forgetting the growth of the company at every trading statement from £35,000 a year turnover to where we are today.
Penny is doing a fine job and delivering on all fronts.
Once we get an early update due next month then we can evaluate the company on anticipated sales but given the short time they’ve been on sale in Boots etc it’s premature to make assumptions and projections.
The key is delivering more contracts other than Boots so we have multiple consumers to target.
As for my belief the Board should buy in and show confidence, well I stand by that opinion.
The share fallen from recent highs around 28p but next week critical.
Either it takes out 100 and 50 DMA and we continue the fall or it holds and bounces which could be positive.
No one knows what will happen but a smart LTH buys in very very soon as the sell of is overdone I feel.
I’m invested but are you!!!

Tia01, no one may care re: fundamentals but that doesn't make it untrue it is important to note company fundamentals.. This represents a teaching moment for someone such as yourself and fortunately as im a patient person, allow me to explain:

The valuation of a business is the process of determining the current worth of a business, using objective measures, and evaluating all aspects of the business. A business valuation might include an analysis of the company's management, its capital structure, its future earnings prospects or the market value of its assets. The tools used for valuation can vary among evaluators, businesses, and industries. Common approaches to business valuation include a review of financial statements, discounting cash flow models and similar company comparisons. Estimating the fair value of a business is an art and a science; there are several formal models that can be used, but choosing the right one and then the appropriate inputs can be somewhat subjective. Under the times revenue business valuation method, a stream of revenues generated over a certain period of time is applied to a multiplier which depends on the industry and economic environment. For example, a tech company may be valued at 3x revenue, while a service firm may be valued at 0.5x revenue.Instead of the times revenue method, the earnings multiplier may be used to get a more accurate picture of the real value of a company, since a company’s profits are a more reliable indicator of its financial success than sales revenue is. The earnings multiplier adjusts future profits against cash flow that could be invested at the current interest rate over the same period of time.

So Tia01, before you burn more energy flippantly declaring Penny and her SLT team must buy back shares to boost the company valuation, recognise - she and they don't need to. They already have skin in the game, they just need to keep on keeping on the way they have. If they fail at something, as they surely will, take learnings and move on. Now we as investors need visibility of: the sales forecasts, profit margins, product market fit for new products, comparable companies market positions, what is the forward earnings multiplier for a British HealthTech company with strong cash balance, NHS partnerships, NO DEBT, multiple product lines/product market fit. To estimate year 1 3 and 5 stock valuation (did I mention that have no debt..).

These are the questions we should/can waste our idle time on;-)

No one actually cares about you foolish comment about fundamentals.
The fundamentals are we have 21 new products, continuing revenue from Covid and new revenue. Cash generative, debt free and fully funded for expansion. Only 52m shares in circulation and large portion tied up.
So you please explain your negative fundamentals please!
If you don’t believe or are invested explain your purpose!

Tia01 the market 'will decide' based only on fundamentals, your statement beginning "i would argue..." is completely irrelevant - nobody cares. We need to understand the current day sales metrics, understand future sales forecasts then we'll better understand potential for future share value.

I would argue what you are saying is misleading because markets are smart enough to know MHC has made significant progress and the value of the Boots contract. Tesla made how much profit and valued at how
Much on pure speculation. MHC started as a £35,000 a year company and growing rapidly while re investing profits for growth. How does a company grow otherwise!. If you’re not invested or a none believer then I don’t understand you commenting really. So I guess that’s my point.
Either you believe and relish the opportunity or keep quite if your not invested.
Profits and growth consecutively s key in a companies valuation when interest rates are growing and will cripple competition into needing a capital raise to survive. Sorry but long term investors are believers and nothings changed other than MHC growing rapidly. The markets will decide as and when it wishes

Its al very well having 21 new products in Boots online but without any marketing you have no chance of spread and scale. If you go on Boots on line offering and hover over MHC product you either see we have had a couple of views or less than 10 sales per item in last 24 hours. WE are not going to increase shareholder wealth on what I am seeing.

Tia01, I don't understand your point(?) future sales, future value, these are the things the market is interested in. £7mil means nothing is you can't replace and grown it to a larger number. Stop blue sky hoping/dreaming and become objective about how share value will increase otherwise anything you are publishing here is just noise.

We went to 7p on old metrics prior to consolidation at 15-1 on no products. Sorry but a company with 21 products in a major place like Boots and opportunities to increase market share. Cash rich and no debt. 7.6m in the Bank at last results so self funded without the need for dilution with capital raise is way more than current valuation. It’s a growth stock in a growing sector despite recessionary fears. I even will be trying some products. No advertising costs at Boots is worth a lower profit margin all day long. I just hope the Directors issue some positive news to stem the unwarranted fall.

Tia01, an FMCG company will use the performance (published or estimated) of comparable products. Market trends, its own product market fit research, market research, its own sales data (available and insightful via an Amazon Market Seller account data) to forecast future sales. B2B sellers like Boots will also have sales forecast metrics on comparable product lines. Not perfect but within a reasonable confidence interval to make business decisions against (and to market MHC listed stock against to broking entities).
