I haven't tia. The fact that we have more cash than mkt cap reinforces that this share is unloved.

I'll let the share price do the talking like I've done for the past 12 months

Unfortunately you are forgetting that we have more cash than current value

Company is fine. The share price will drag. That's what happened to 100% of stocks I've invested in that did consolidation. It always declined back. That's my experience.

GRL is another. TLY too.

Don't believe me just take a look at the chart history. Same thing will happen here.

Only hope is a pnd

Tia, I explained what usually happens when shares consolidate yesterday. If 10:1 for example, this makes the new share price around10p let's sayUNLESS THERE IS SOMETHING SUBSTANTIAL TO SUPPORT IT, the share price then starts to drift back towards its previous mark. This is just what happens sadly. That said, this is far from dead Spacedust, just unloved...

Tia I was just going by my experience of consol for 100s of other companies once they consolidate.

Just to name a few companies who consolidated. Just take a look at edl for eg price destruction beyond belief

You clear haven’t read the RNS which states the dates.
How do you see it falling with less shares in allocation. Approximately 52m after consolidation.
If the the company buyback 10% as it could that’s under 47m.
It only drifts if people panic and sell.
Maybe they release news on retailers contracts and have launch campaign for new products and it flys and then we have an acquisition possibility. Sorry but the shares we fine until we put Millions on the market with capital raise so hopefully this is better for the company.
If you genuinely feel it heads Lower then sell. I’m for the long term so won’t sell and only buy more

What date is share consol happening?

Really need a pnd before that

And here is the 0.9p I predicted.

Consolidation is the death of the share price

1p to 4p is doable and likely. 15p to 75p will not happen.

Only hope is a pimp and dump to get us out of this misery

If the new consol price is 15p then the share price will drift back below 10p within 6months for no reason.

This is finished and I've lost a lot of money on this

Tia01:- Thanks - Will have to wait for the replay. I need to go back and look at the plan but from a dim memory it was all a bit fluffy.

I felt she wasn’t in a position to inform us exactly when they would reach a confirmed date they would be Boots and Lloyds etc because of clients confidentiality however said they were in advanced negotiations.
23 tests in total including new ones.
Appear well capitalised.
She was committed to share appreciation and shared frustration with lack of market sentiment.
I wanted more said on existing products but she did say it was a soft rollout so a Market campaign will probably coincide with retail shops stocking items.
No mention of current sales or Covid products but I guess she could say it’s in the figures.
I wanted to know if she was personally buying shares but I felt they never took enough questions in my opinion. I do think the market will bounce shortly when deals are announced.
She just stated she is executing the strategy to plan announced 3 years ago.

I think the results were good and expecting a strong 2023. Cash available so I a stronger position than most companies

Also I don't like the phrase "investment phase" which implies that they expect to be spending lots of cash without any imidiate return.

I agree. If we did get some great news it's more likely to spike from 1p to 2p rather than 15p to 30p.

Consolidation is generally not great, why..? For example, a 10:1 consolidation makes the share price say 10p - guess what happens next...Better have something very decent to back it up...

Keith
The results are early because they clearly want to reassure the markets there’s no hidden nasty surprises given the rubbish people say on the forums.
Let’s see what’s said later about new products

Why did they bring them out then? Granted they havent spent any cash in promoting them, but the R+D cost has been wasted totally it would appear . Sorry about the pessimism, but I'm starting to consolidate my thoughts about their competence [ and my earlier enthusiasm when I bought some MHC ]

Everyone banging on about new products but remember Covid ones are still making huge profits and I’m happy with that.
I await needs on contracts in shops etc
