Good riddance and perhaps it is now time for mwa to turn the tide considering he has been always an Unlucky plonker.

mreasy just my opinion and I have put my money where my mouth is and sold. I will be back in a couple of months if the share price does what I think it will. I think the costs situation may well be sorted by now but it will be 3 months until we find out. With the commodity prices squeezed the share price will squeeze as well. I doubt you like my point of view but that is what it is. I will not post until I have bought back. Best of luck.

Mr Easy I think this has quite a long way to go before the full extent of the current situation is reflected in the MWA share price.

Hi Sparty, good to see an old face...

(OK, not strictly accurate, but you get the gist.)

I'll be away next week in hopefully sunny Portugal, going to check up on Stiff Pilchard, I believe he's got a pad there, and I hear he's been a naughty boy, well, at least 3 or 4 people seem to think so... So, Rolf, you might have to make room and a spare mattress up, next to Stuart, and Gary (Oops - sorry - Paul)...

Guys and girls, when investing you don't want to buy at the top a commodities cycle, you want to buy at the bottom when noone loves the shares of miners. I'm buying for when the cycle turns up. You won't be able to buy MWA in any quantity when this starts to rally. I'm also nibbling at other miners such as AAL for a future upturn.

Not looking too pretty here at the mo. Bindura down 25% although volume is miniscule . Nickel price is the problem .

juju. You still here talking nonsense. The difference between what you think and rEality is massive. I am currently fully out of MWA, hence why I am not posting much. The reasons why I am out are simple. The Gold and Nickel price have not lived up to the expectations of the commodity market yet. The company lost control of the costs during the refurbishment and the restart of the smelter programme slipped about six months. I am a watcher and I will be buying back in a few months. I certainly was not heavily underwater as I had traded this many times and I was out on the last rise. Thanks for your concern.
As for STI; did I really ramp that. I do not think so. Maybe you are just bitter because you did not make a profit. There have been many opportunities for profit at Stratex and others over the years. Being a long term blind holder is not for me. I trade most of my most of the time looking for leverage.
Speaking of clowns as clearly you are one; how are those comedy shoes and nose working out.
Juju have a great day; it is a tough place to be in your bitter little world.

The clown also ramped STI all the way up from 9p to 2p . He sucked in lot of punters there to their cost - and his own. He has repeated that here . I doubt that he has sold as he is heavily underwater

What a waste of time and space lucky punter is. Instead of selling above 3.5p when there was plenty of opportunity last summer, he wasted hours and hours of his time writing thousands of ramping posts on here and on LSE where he goes by the more appropriate name of Tracylied. The fruits of all of those labours? He gets out below 2p. ROFL.

I expect base metals prices to be in the doldrums for the next 3-4years.

By then the World Demographics will be more favourable, and inflation beginning to show significantly in the CPI numbers (Particularly in the UK).

I expect a small rise in the Fed rate sometime soon,(Late April-Early June) followed by a fall 4-6months later, and another round of QE to follow that.

That should be enough to stimulate PM prices a little, but not enough to resurrect the World Economy.

Chinas WTO entry in 2001, and agreement to the rules, means she will have to float her currency (unpeg it) by December 31st at the latest, and will make announcements in - May and/or October, with respect of her SDR entry, which should impact the Dollar/Yuan rate significantly.

See this:

I suspect inflation will begin in the U.S. in earnest this year, for several reasons: new minimum wage legislation, Oil price rises later in year, Dollar/Yuan change begins to take effect and possibly a dollar fall/collapse if/when China releases her Gold holding figures... I'm expecting c.10,000 tonnes+.

The U.K. GBP will probably fall to a new low on world markets, later by about 6-12 months.

The Shanghai Commodities Exchange will begin trading Gold/Silver et-al, in Yuan/Renminbi within weeks so we may see arbitrage opportunities there (dollar price versus Yuan price)...

And MWA? I'm a holder, and will be topping up as and when funds and prices allow. And 5yrs from now? SERIOUSLY HIGHER!

If Mugabe goes? - Somewhere north of 50p? Wouldn't be surprised.

The Nickel stocks are somewhat misleading but you cannot argue with the Nickel price which is in the Toilet. I am happy to sit out and wait for now to see what happens.
