So, progress of a sort (still subject to getting a prospectus out which DG has been incapable of to date) but DG has displayed his negotiating skills once again by getting mugged.In DG terms 'delay' means worse terms.

From Cykel's results RNS today

On 19 January 2024 the Company announced the suspension of our Aquis listing and that we had entered into non-binding heads of terms with Mustang Energy plc ("Mustang") for Mustang to acquire the entire share capital of the Company. This transaction, commonly referred to as a Reverse Takeover, will allow Cykel's shareholders to benefit from a listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

I'm sure Bixby is a smart cookie.He might be puzzled that DG has put a date into the public domain & once again, either misjudged how long it takes the FCA to review a potential prospectus, or has made errors in its' submission resulting in delays.He might be using DG/Must as useful idiots to get a better approach from another party or to get a better deal from MUST.It is notable that the 'takeover announcement' can be extended again next time but only if Cykel want to.

The bmn chuckle brothers are not involved this time though and the guy behind cykel has ipo form watch the videos . I reckon he has a crack team on this .

I think we all know the routine don't we?

1. Extensions after extensions
2. Blame the FCA
3. Announce amended share issues to progress with new dates
4. Announce further extensions & blame FCA
5. Repeat
6. Repeat
7. Stick two fingers up to shareholders & never, never apologise.

Mustang and Cykel today jointly announce that the Takeover Panel has consented to an extension to the Deadline until 5.00 p.m. (London time) on 15 March 2024

Gallegos kicks it down the road for a month - what a shocker!

Still, he gets another £10k salary for waiting by the phone.

If we get confirmation by Friday that the takeover is going ahead I will have some confidence that this could get back to market at some future date.However, if we hear nothing by the 16th & then next Monday get the '...extension' RNS from Gallegos,just like the succession of extensions we previously had from him, then I'll expect it to drag on & eventually fall apart after he has strung it out as long as possible.

Impossible to predict what's happening

Both companies have their own strategies

Unknown to the investors - with sparce information

I'm content with my 7p per share outlay

Not sure why - but sense that any real return is a long way away

Part of the RTO will very likely include a cash raise which is par for the course . FCA approval plus prospectus then all the cykel shares reverse into must then must re-lists probably take on cykel name change.

I get the feeling cyckel will be running things from now on dg will vanish . I think I read the fsa forms where already sent in.

That's what he use to verbally claim re vfrb-h...I think this time it's true ..not that I trust him.but the capabilities of new parties

My views are similar to yours mega and at least this route has considerably more fizz about it than BMN.I don't know about a med/long term hold as the new fella seems to be good at creating excitement but then, such as Cellular Goods, the shine can quickly come off if there isn't an actual income generating business.At least we have some excitement again although DG has, to date, shown little ability to get things over the line.

Just watched a YouTube video c1 hour interview re cykel owner & launch . It 3 x on IPO. The guy behind it has done 10 IPO and was behind Argo Blockchain .
Worth viewing ! Was pleasantly surprised to be honest . Was thinking if this lists I would just sell and take whatever . Wipe my mouth on move on .

I'm not selling now if it lists . No idea what will happen but it has potential . I'd rather be in this than cellcube put it that way . The button is free to use the idea is sales folk start to use it then they approach the company and offer them upgrades for more tasks for a fee . He talked about ai with hands. It could go to the moon then flop...anything really .

Some ai button linked to Google chrome that saves sales people time ..product launch imminent and targeting 20 customers this year . Ai is hot and according to them this is the only pure play ai stock to be listed in the UK?? That's what I think they said ...

The guy behind it is a salesman so who knows but he has been round the block..he said their direct competitor with no product but a similar idea has raised $350 mill on a $1 bill market cap in the USA . That's sales for you!😂

Anyway worth doing some research if it lists and make a call if your holding . I'm letting mine run .

By the time it does re-list scheduled for q2 it should have launched its product and may have customers. Having what I watched on tube I suspect the management team is far more competent than what we had with the chuckle brothers at bmn which has clearly been the problem here & I suspect this is likely to relist . Our hands are tied anyway but I'm now actually positive !

I did read the transaction was based on £1 million value for must . So about 7-8 p per share ..and c£19 mill for the target.

Could pop if it actually lists ..

Interesting change in direction. AI is hot right now and Cykel looks very good at first look with strong proven leadership as the co-founder also co-founded ARGO! Hopefully after a 3 year wait we see something of real value being reversed in. Look forward to seeing the prospectus.

I subscribed into CYK at listing and sold 5o0k to recover most of the subscription but still hold in excess of 280k.

Well that is out of left field!Not quite the energy focussed play MUST are supposedly looking at.At least it is an interest & there is some excitement around the AI sector that MUST might be able to capitalise on.The Cykel guy seems quite switched on (if only in setting up businesses & selling them on).Absolutely no idea of any value of a MUST share if it ever does get to list but better outcome is now possible from what I expected.https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/LON:CYK/Cykel-AI-PLC
