More crass incompetence from Gallegos. No ability to negotiate just bumping deadlines & milking £10k every month he does.

Not even made a formal offer.

Does Gallegos think the Financial Conduct Authority are happy & willing to repeatedly review potential prospectus, that change details monthly, for companies that have not even made a formal offer? it doesn't work like that.

The deadline is 5pm on the 12th so might not be until after the market closes but we know MUST are no respectors of rules as the constant failures to update on missed deadlines with BMN showed us.

cykel are running the show now. I'd forget about gallegos he will vanish now . Looks to me like this will complete imminently. The £200 k will have almost certainly have come from cykel connections and you would hope it will relist at substantially higher than 6 p. Cln convert at 6p..
Imo they will punt for a higher readmission price the cln holders would almost certainly be given an incentive .

So 6p admission price if DG ever gets around to getting this moving forward.Today's update could just as well be ensuring his income continues for the foreseeable future whilst he announces the next set of delays.'3 investors' divvying up £200k, which based on the RTO numbers, represents 20% of MUST total value!

To save everybody time why don't they just cut to 11th April - Gallegos announces change of terms to 2 MUST shares per Cykel.12th April further extension announced while Cykel consider terms but Gallegos has rooked another £10k out of it.Then Cykel walk away having wasted 4/5 months of their time but found other suitors & Gallegos announces looking at other opportunities for MUST.

FFS!!!Yet another extension!We've been down this road so many times before.Gallegos 'negotiating' skills seems to just be:-1. Set out terms & deadline2. Do nothing until day before deadline & then improve terms3. Repeat4. Repeat5. Milk £2500 every single week you can string this farce out.Meanwhile any benefit of an AI bandwagon will roll out of town just like the Battery storage bandwagon did.3 years & not even a prospectus to considerShame on you Gallegos

So, progress of a sort (still subject to getting a prospectus out which DG has been incapable of to date) but DG has displayed his negotiating skills once again by getting mugged.In DG terms 'delay' means worse terms.

From Cykel's results RNS today

On 19 January 2024 the Company announced the suspension of our Aquis listing and that we had entered into non-binding heads of terms with Mustang Energy plc ("Mustang") for Mustang to acquire the entire share capital of the Company. This transaction, commonly referred to as a Reverse Takeover, will allow Cykel's shareholders to benefit from a listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

I'm sure Bixby is a smart cookie.He might be puzzled that DG has put a date into the public domain & once again, either misjudged how long it takes the FCA to review a potential prospectus, or has made errors in its' submission resulting in delays.He might be using DG/Must as useful idiots to get a better approach from another party or to get a better deal from MUST.It is notable that the 'takeover announcement' can be extended again next time but only if Cykel want to.

1. Extensions after extensions
2. Blame the FCA
3. Announce amended share issues to progress with new dates
4. Announce further extensions & blame FCA
5. Repeat
6. Repeat
7. Stick two fingers up to shareholders & never, never apologise.

Mustang and Cykel today jointly announce that the Takeover Panel has consented to an extension to the Deadline until 5.00 p.m. (London time) on 15 March 2024

Gallegos kicks it down the road for a month - what a shocker!

Still, he gets another £10k salary for waiting by the phone.

If we get confirmation by Friday that the takeover is going ahead I will have some confidence that this could get back to market at some future date.However, if we hear nothing by the 16th & then next Monday get the '...extension' RNS from Gallegos,just like the succession of extensions we previously had from him, then I'll expect it to drag on & eventually fall apart after he has strung it out as long as possible.

Impossible to predict what's happening

Both companies have their own strategies

Unknown to the investors - with sparce information

I'm content with my 7p per share outlay

Not sure why - but sense that any real return is a long way away

Part of the RTO will very likely include a cash raise which is par for the course . FCA approval plus prospectus then all the cykel shares reverse into must then must re-lists probably take on cykel name change.
